Purchased a transmission & pd. for it. The business mechanics replaced it. Took car home. My personal mechanic checked out vehicle and stated that this company failed to replace the seals as I was originally told they would do and that it was also included in the price. Took car back. Left it for 4 or 5 days. When we dropped off the car it was very hot so we cracked the windows. Went back to pick up car, they had left the windows open and claimed they were not responsible as car sat in their enclosed lot! OMG! Car got wet inside! We went back-and-forth for almost 2 months as family mechanic said it was leaking transmission oil, they denied after they checked it! OMG! They never replaced the seals because they claimed the transmission was not leaking from them. They kept the vehicle on 2 separate occasions for 4 to 7 days. When I would call they claimed mechanic was working on car which was not true. The day we picked up car each time was the day they worked or didn't work on the car. As admitted by the mabager! I would not recommend this place. The guys at the concierge are always overwhelmed with callers, and they don’t properly take down notes on specifics. And when you’re on the phone, and try to ask them something, they place the handsets are on their shoulders, without telling you, and they won’t hear you, because they’re with other callers (basically putting you on hold). On another note, the yard parts pullers are a bunch of hacks. I went to get a Ford undercarriage fuel line hose, and it was rendered completely useless because it was removed from the donor vehicle with the improper tools. The fuel line was damaged, because it was pried off of the vehicle forcefully with something other the proper hose removal tool. The same went with some cowl covers. I went with a yard puller on his cart, I told him I wanted the cowl covers complete with wiper fluid hoses and jet sprayers. They hand me the cowl covers with the hoses all cut up. They won’t let you pull your own parts, and you can’t go back there without their hack pullers as escorts. Stay away from this place. They’re terrible!!!! I bought an A/C control switch and they assured me they sell only good parts that are tested. Turns out It was bad so I took it to A/C techitian to have it installed and It was a bad part so when I went to get it exchanged. They just told it's probably some thing else wrong with my vehicle. Just because they have a sign that reads "No exchange on electronical parts" and You have to take there word that they tested the part and it was working when they tested it, that gives them a right to sell those parts even if they don't work. Anyone can say " Oh yes, we test all parts, just take our word". It's just like if went to a fine restaurant and order a steak dinner and then turns out to be spoiled meat. Then you you call to get it exchanged and they just tell you it was good when they cooked it, so it's not there fault you got a bad steak. Just because of the sign they put up on the wall.
