Starbucks — Restaurant in Hidalgo

I visit this place every day because I work nearby. i always order the same one and everyone there makes it very good and delicious. Today idk who made it but differently and it tasted terrible because this didn't mix it up for me. I told them can mix it up and have a lady said I ordered it wrong on the app that’s why my coffee like that and I needed to choose this or that... But is not the fist time i been there and i order the same thing why just today this different . And i told her show me how to order right when I ordered another one according to what she instructed, then she did worse than before. I really don't like her attitude. the way she said it was like I was the one in the wrong but it wasn't the first time I ordered there. and everyone does well but she does differently, So i pay twice time...

Now I understand why this location has such low raitings. They don't bother to make the drinks correctly. I ordered a Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, yet they forgot to include the coffee in the drink! They handed me a cup filled with milk. As a coffeshop, especially one as big as starbucks, its upsetting that their baristas aren't properly trained and can't spot when a coffee drink should HAVE coffee. Don't bother giving this location your money, and head to Pharr or Mcallen if you want Starbucks or, better yet, support local coffee shops such...

Store manager who seems to be working morning weekend hours named Bianca has made our experience a very negative one. We go to Starbucks to pay for a service so we can start out day and Bianca either does not get it or comes to work with her problems from home. I give you courtesy and respect and she should do the same. A sour and negative attitude especially on an early Sunday morning is not what I want to start my day with.
