United States Postal Service — Local services in Hidalgo

Is it possible to rate them 0 stars? I've had at least 20 packages that show as "Delivered" but never got to my mail box, week after week, I've gone personally to Hidalgo Local USPS Office but no body cares. I've asked Amazon not to use USPS but is not an option, I guess if package is small enough, they'll send via USPS directly to your mail box, so now I'm just ordering in batches big enough and mark as one shipment so they need to use a bigger box and ship via UPS. They supposedly open at 8:30am on weekdays but that isn't true. I waited til 8:45 and the entrance was still closed. I saw a mail man working towards the back of the post office and he said the side door was open. So I go in and when I'm being attended I tell the lady at the front that the front doors are locked and it was well past 8:30. She didn't apologize or even say she would send someone to unlock them. Nope. Nothing. Instead she tells me I should have tried the side door. Who goes anywhere and checks for side doors? Such a rude lady. They placed a box in my box preventing me from getting my mail and when I tried to wiggle it out all my mail fail back on the floor, I knocked on their door for assistance they picked the music up more n never helped me. I had to ask an employee as they were leaving and they just said "we'll leave u a notice" I had to leave n go back later.
