Went in to get a new eye kohl because I had heard that Ulta carries MAC now! Also saw they had some great lipsticks, but didn't have the energy to swatch them myself. Picked the color I THOUGHT was going to look great. Vanessa helped me out, and she was super friendly, and I felt a lot better. Wound up wearing the shade a few times, (Coy, in the 24 hour Locked Kiss line), and did not like how it looked. The eye kohl is just fantastic, I had bought the Feline in that, knowing what I was getting and it was as great as I remember. Found my receipt and Darla helped me to find new colors. Was SUPER excited to find out that a few of the lip colors were 20%, so exchanged Coy, and picked up Powdered Kiss lip lines, and really already loving the Wild Sumac. I've always had good experiences at this Ulta. About the only meh was that they are typically spread a little thin with staff, by about two people it seems. I rarely get asked for help, which is GREAT for me since I usually know what I'm looking for, but had I been asked, I might have avoided the initial issue. Read moreI’m not sure why I spent so much money at this store since they opened! I have an account with this store, and a credit card, and a phone number hooked up! So I wanted to return something today that was purchased on Jan 17 2023. I don’t always keep my receipts since ALL my info is hooked to my accounts! Now mind you last purchase an employee forgot, or didn’t enter my phone correctly and I didn’t receive my receipts! I had the purchase on my Ulta credit card showing the purchase and the manager still didn’t help me or understood my problem! Today was my last time shopping in Ulta! I went to Neiman Marcus and purchased all my needs! Received many samples to since Ulta never gives samples! I will return everything I purchased it the last 3 months, and that’s a lot! To ULTA please train your people to do their job! I had proof of my purchase and this manager still didn’t get my point! It was around 3 pm today I will be fair and not name here on here!!! Shame! Shame! Shame!!!! And they make you very uncomfortable shopping here they always fallow customers as we are shoplifting not shopping! For my money I received great customer service at Neiman...

I was also looking for a waterproof black eyeliner, which is about impossible to find as many things were not stocked in the store. Also, I was looking for a kabuki brush, which I only found two of. I picked up an ego tools set that included the kabuki brush and waiting in line to check out.
I came in for four items and was waiting in line to purchase only two. The only two I could find. The Eco tool set then rang up $16 even though it was priced $9 on the shelf. The person behind the register did not follow me over to show her the price difference yet let the woman behind me step up and started to ring her up. I thought about waiting for her to ring this woman up and then come over and try to help me, but you know what… I’ll just go shop...
