I was using my coupons for different restaurants, this day. I had placed an online order at the taco bell on skokie road and half day road. And at the same time, I place an online order for the burger king, which consisted of just a whopper. Nothing else. I receive my Taco Bell order on time. End in the order that it was placed and started making my way towards the Burger King, which again I had placed my online order at the same time. I did what taco bell. I drove for 10 to 15 minutes on top of the 5 to 10 minutes. It took for Taco Bell to make their order. So we're looking at at least twenty minutes worth of time for burger king to make one whopper. I arrive at the Burger King. Walk up to the front desk and ask for my order by my name. They look at me with a confused glaze. And start rummaging through the receipts. And since I know spanish, I know that the lady then on the radio asked them to start making my whopper. They had more than 20 minutes to have started and completed one whopper. And they fail on making an online order, thus defeating the purpose of an online order. Then the gentleman that was there started arguing with me, saying that they were very busy, which makes no sense and doesn't matter if they're busy because they're supposed to be making the orders in the order that they are received. What they do is take an online order and put it to the side. And give it no importance or immediacy Because since the person that's picking it up, isn't there? It's completely not important to them. (Out of sight out of mind.) This isn't the first time that they disregard online orders and the customers placing them as secondary citizens. They do the same thing if not worse to delivery drivers, which I happen to be as well. But this time I am a pain customer and I placed my order at the same time. I paid for it and I would expect them to start making the order in the way that it was received and not put to the side and dismissed just because it's an online order. Again they are defeating the purpose of an online order? I shouldn't have to wait any amount of time when I walk in through that door and I asked for an order that I placed and payed for twenty...

Read moreI love burger king but my coworker and myself visited this place for the first time. I work for Public Works and asked to have tomatoes taken out after I just gave the order and the teller tells me we already made it. I was like I just gave you the order 45 secs ago which had me question how fresh it really was and then I asked to please take the tomatoes out. After receiving my food I sat down with my coworker to eat and noticed the whole entire bun was falling apart when I was trying to eat my burger. Only way this can happen is if the bun is old and dry. I spent $14 even after using the app and the only thing the I can say is good location. Other than that I don't know if I will eat at Burger king for a while now after that experience. It's put a bad taste in my mouth considering it was one of my favs for a bacon...
