Crystal Clear Water Treatment — Local services in Highland Springs

I am incredibly thankful for the free water testing kit at Lowes. I bought my first home in January of 2017 and always thought our water looked funny; awfully brown especially after a hard rain. Since 2017, we've always bought bottled water to drink but never thought much about it for cooking. We never realized what could be in our water and the cause and effect it would, or could, have on our health or the health of our fur babies. I'll admit, I had the water test kit for over a year before I decided to finally do something with it. It took less than two seconds to read the directions, add the water, and seal it up to mail the next morning. I mailed it on a Thursday and the following Monday, a very pleasant individual called to advise the results of my water. Shocked...! They advised they could have someone come to my home the next day to do further testing and go over all of the results and solutions with me. Of course, I jumped right on that. Tuesday evening, John showed up and was so helpful, respectful, and pleasant. He tested the water at the kitchen sink again and went over all of the results. He explained why our faucet handle (metal) looked the way it did, explained the PH levels and what metals were detected in our water. He was more than helpful. John was able to secure an appointment to have our system set up the following day, Wednesday. This worked awesome for our schedule though I felt awful for the guys working outside in the rain to hook us up. The gentlemen showed up on time, as scheduled, were quiet, prompt, and respectful; took their shoes off without even asking if they needed to do so. Good honest people! Our water is clear and we are finally able to drink it and use it for cooking. After purchasing our home in disputanta nearly two years ago we have noticed extreme build up of calcium at least that's what I am calling it it may not be there technical term even after at home inspection having a third-party water test by the seller that was clearly dishonest. We saw the sample water test kits at home Depot and I figured let's give it a shot. Within a couple days everything was good to go and recently another technician came outand rechecked our water with me yet again seeing this and it was no longer hard as a rock. Great people to deal with and easy financing options and excellent customer support in resolving any of my questions. they have a customer for life and I will continue to recommend them hopefully I will be able to recommend enough people to get some money back with their reference stuff they have setup. I waited a few weeks before I wrote this review to make sure I was accurate about everything from start to finish. I will start by saying I have well water and it was hard and smelt like sulfur. The water left us with dry skin, lime deposits everywhere, and smelt and tasted horrible. We initially purchased a cheap water softener online for $600 and it worked for the hardness, but for only 3 months.
