Bojangles — Restaurant in Highland Springs

I just wanted some chicken… not a Explicit show from the employees! The whole situation made me very uncomfortable. My intentions were to dine-in. But I had to get out of there. Too much bad energy.

I ordered 4 wings, biscuit and fries. After standing in the pick up line for 10 minutes, the cashier tells the 12 people in line that the chicken will be ready in 11 minutes. Some people were upset and got their money back. I wanted to wait for my chicken wings

The person that seemed like they were the manager berated the employee in front of several customers for the 30 minutes I was there waiting on my chicken. I don’t know if she was the Manager because she had on the same shirt as the cashier and she didn’t have on a name tag. She blamed her for everything that was going wrong in the restaurant.

15 minutes later I go up to get my chicken wings and the manager is still going off on the cashier. By this time the cashier had stopped taking orders and started boxing the food. I was trying to ask the cashier if she was boxing my food but she couldn’t hear me because the manager wouldn’t stop yelling. The cashier kept her composure and kept working; all she said was “you never trained me to be up here”.

Another customer in line told the manager to worry about getting your customers taken care of and leave your cashier alone.

Open til 10pm? Nah, I never see them open after 5pm, no cars and doors locked. I go to Quinton instead, it's worth the drive for me to go to a nice area since this store will be closed and I don't have to deal with Nine Mile with ratchet black women yelling, cussing and beating their kids in line (Every Single Time).

I'm going to be brutally honest here. Unless a GM is on site keeping everybody professional, you can tell because they stop speaking in ebonics, the few times I've been here were a mistake with (mostly) unprofessional and unfriendly staff and long waits for service. I've seen the staff cussing, calling each other racial slurs, talking about customers that had just left, talking on their phones and having mental breakdowns over personal problems openly to anyone around with working ears and eyes. The special needs kids in high school were more professional and had more sense and undoubtedly would work harder and faster. If there are any professional, hard workers at this store they're overshadowed by the clowns.

Glad developers cleared a plot of trees to build this useless building and a useless car wash next to it though, we really needed that out here. It employs some severely mentally handicapped people so I guess it's not all bad but I won't support it with my wallet.

After waiting in the drive through line for 20 minutes because they dont want to tell anyone to pull around because they dont want to come out to bring anybody food to them because its drizzling, I finally get to the window and the young girl said they out of biscuits its a 10 minute wait, I said I been in line for 20 minutes, 10 alone behind the car that was infront of me sitting at the window. She didn't apologize she said I understand that but we just ran out. Went to chic Fila who was actually outside taking orders, I was on my way home within 3 minutes of ordering and it was 2 lines there. Not only did chic fila had biscuits (it is breakfast after all) their chicken egg and cheese biscuits are $3 cheaper.
