Dollar General — Local services in Highland

Giving an overall 3 star score for the area. The Ash Flat location is the worst. Very dark and messy. They need to hire someone new that knows how to pit products on shelves and not the floors. The Highland location and the Hardy location are typical average stores. I personally prefer the Highland location just because it doesnt feel as cramped as the Hardy location. Always messy and under staffed....stood in line at dollar store on Milligan hwy the other day for 35 to 40 min...counted 29 people in line and because one of the 2 staff members was at lunch that left just the one guy to check us all out...and there was the coupon queen in line making 1 purchase at a time...no really 1 purchase at a time...my ice...

Had to stop here on the way to my friend’s house to pick up some supplies. Very friendly staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for. They surprisingly had Uber gift cards available even there are no Uber drivers available in the area. Very clean as well. Wouldn’t mind...
