Smaller Fair, but I'm from Brown County, and it's enormous. Love the rodeo! 🐎 A few great food vendors and loads of animals for kids to see. They're working on the rides this year, had something occur that limited the number up for opening day. Gotta try the Apple Cider Slush. The corner slushie booth offers sugar-free, which is VERY Appreciated, especially in the heat.

Went to the fire works at the highland county fire grounds it was excellent I thank you very much for putting this on every year kids have a blast and love playing until the fire works go off and then it's a lot of oooh and aaahs

Very dirty and not many attractions, the Lutheran Church train table was Amazing. Ppl were of low interest except for watching your wallet.

Had a good time visiting the merchant buildings, seeing the horses and a horse shows. As always the demolition derby was fun to watch and so was the Auto cross. Admission is $10. Sandwiches are high priced but understandable with today's grocery prices, although yesterday we ate at the 4H building and I had a great chef salad for $6. The Fairfield FFA trailer also had good prices...

Total waste of time and money especially if you have kids for the second year in A row they do not have actual fair rides. I do not understand why Highland County Fair dies more every year and Brown County Fair grows. Obvious signs of mismanagement and financial difficulties within the fair. The fair board is in desperate need of some new blood to run the show and retire...
