Carriage Farm — Local services in Hillsborough Township

Leasing with Carriage Farm has been one of the best things I could have done for my business. I compose/produce music for film, television, advertising, and the concert hall so I needed a space that was both spacious enough for my setup, but also quiet enough that I would not be interrupted in my work. Carriage Farm has delivered perfectly on both accounts.

The location is also fantastic in that it is literally in the middle of a working farm. When I need a break, I go outside and feed goats. Seriously. But with that said, it is still only 1 mile from 206 which offers just about any food/retail option you'll need.

And to top it off, Sue and Ed Clerico are always trying to make things work as best as possible for me and their other clients. They are very receptive to concerns (not like I've really had much of that) and open to working with you.

Oh, and one more thing. Definitely the fairest price I found...

Carriage Farm is a wonderful place to visit and work out of the two office buildings that are located there, my company moved here last year and we are really enjoying working from here. Rooms are large and equipped with network connections, a/c etc. Break room/Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Bathrooms are clean and ample parking is available at all times. The management is very responsive to any issues if there are any and polite. Good measures are in place for COVID19 protection with warnings and availability of ample sanitizers at the entrance. I would recommend this place for a visit or acquire an office space etc. Beautiful views of nature and farm animals such as goats and sheep grazing from my office window creates a cool peaceful feeling and reduces your daily work tensions...

Leasing here has proven to be a great decision, I wanted to wait some time before posting my review to have an honest and real experience. Sue and Ed are beyond fair and very real down to earth people. However renting here is beyond just them. Their staff is also great and I often find myself getting distracted having conversions with them. You truly get a community vibe here. There is a constant feeling of improvement yet they have maintained the old Hillsborough heritage. I am extremely happy being here and God willing i plan on being here long term.
