I have worst experience with front desk and overall facility. I signed up this week for a premier membership with 2 additional adults. First they did NOT mentioned about one time registration fees which is same amount as first month fees of ~ $200 and later when I inquired if there is any other hidden fees associated, they said yes it’s annual maintenance fees which is $30 for each person annually. So if 4 adults and 2 kids are added it’s $180. Question is why not cover maintenance in monthly fees of more than $200 plus taxes you are taking each month. After signing up, my kids wanted to go into kids club. It was 6:30 pm and she said kids club is not accepting new kids as our kids club needs one hour prior notice to get your kids into it. I said ok with confused mind still thinking of all new rules never heard of before and registered for kids club and racket ball court for next day.
Next day with more bigger and important priorities of life, I forgot the time I registered for kids club, I think it was 5:30 pm and hit the gym with kids around 6:30 pm but before that I got 2 notifications, “Credit card alerts”. They charged No show fees at kids club, charge of $10 each. I was like seriously what is this facility. Gym or some money making machine. I requested at front desk to wave the No show charge, give a warning or two like lifetime does for group classes and at least now that kids are here, get them in. She denied saying their kids clubs hours are very flexible and they are gone for the day since you did not show up. I mean then why am I paying for Premier Membership fees. I mean come on, rough experience with front desk and other facilities overall at this facility. Honestly I will stay away and advise you all to stay away from this facility If this continues.

Update: May 6th 3023. Nycole was kind enough to address all my concerns and resolve the issues currently. I believe we are liking the services provided by the facility and starting to enjoy the working out here. Thank you Nicole for addressing all the issues so far. Looking forward to meet you soon.
Hence updating the...
Read moreWe had a very humiliating experience here. They “temporarily” (for probably at least a year now) relocated the kids clubhouse downstairs to a tiny room next to the pool. They then decided it would be great to put new rules in place stating that no child can be in the clubhouse longer than 1 hour and that if 1 babysitter is present, no more than 5 children are allowed in. If 2 babysitters are present, I believe the max is 7 or 8 children. So, this translates to if you pack up your kid(s) and come to work out and the clubhouse is full, you have to turn around and go home. So, continue giving them your money, but you are not welcome to use the facility THAT YOU ARE PAYING TO USE. I actually witnessed a woman being turned away with her daughter and it was kind of shocking. My husband took 1 of our children to the clubhouse on a Saturday. His class runs over 1 hour and when he exited his class, a dreadful fitness instructor was waiting for him. She immediately began publicly scolding him about how his kid was in the clubhouse longer than an hour and that he couldn’t do that and that our child needed to be picked up now. She then went ahead of him and waited at the clubhouse for him and just watched him as he collected our child. He said he felt like a criminal and felt very foolish. I raised the issue with staff and they did absolutely nothing. No one reached out, no one apologized, nothing. This entire issue is because construction is delayed by about two years and they have no real babysitting space at the moment. Construction delays fall under the category of not my problem. I don’t know how they decided it would be good to punish the members that pay to be there because construction is so behind. I have decided to cancel my membership. I don’t feel comfortable...
Read moreBeen going to Pinnacle for many years. My wife and i take the many group classes (Kettlebells, Bootcamp, Tabata, SPIN, Yoga & more), they provide, which are all excellent!!! Usually not overcrowded but sometimes i like it full since there is more energy in the class.
Love the large exercise classroom and separate spin and yoga rooms. Downstairs has all the free wights, machines and treadmills you want. They have small group or personal training as well which is very good but don't have the time or extra money for it.
My kids used the pools a while back which was nice. Should be even better now with the salt water upgrade. Nice they also have racquet ball (volleyball), marital arts, dance, smoothie bar even baby sitting all under one roof! All they need add is pickleball :)
The owner has made major renovations and it's now a beautiful facility. They do try to keep the cost down but it has been creeping up like everything else. Still worth the price for this caliber of fitness club, if you go often. Good that I do see them putting money back to maintain the place and upgrade the equipment! The staff in the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Glad to have this gem in our...
