Achille Agway — Local services in Hillsborough

I was a loyal customer to this store for more than 15 years. Then just out of the blue the manager stops selling the dog food. She refused to order it. My dogs have been on this food since I got them. Everyone knows it's not healthy to change your dog's food. I called the owner and he told me that there is no reason why the manager can't order it and make sure it is in the store for me. She lied to me and told me that the company doesn't make the dog food anymore. Yes, I called the maker of the food. They said that they had no plans to stop making the food and that they have a contract with Agway to sell the food. I have changed my dog's food and now shop at Tractor Supply. I will never do any business with Achille Agway in Hillsboro, N.H....

After buying 2 yards of mulch 1 yard at a time went back as I needed a half yard to finish my yard. I was told the only sold full yards and would not sell me 1/2 yard even though they load your truck with a 1/2 yard bucket. They also told me to buy bags of mulch to finish but of course I bought the black mulch that would not be in until Thursday. Worst customer service ever. I will never go back! Awesome farm store with everything you need. With the small home town feel and all the help you need. Very kind and friendly employees. Better then most of the big stores like Tractor Supply, and or bigger and smaller stores around. More hometown feel. With any help you need Don't hesitate to ask for help or ask a question about anything from planting to pests or feed. They will try there best to help or point you where you can get what you're looking for....
