Purchasing a Boy Scouts of America, Scouts BSA flag and flag accessories are fine and direct questions to the company are answered in a professional manner. I would like better communication from Carrot-Top when things don't go as planned. I would like better communication and transparency when it comes to discussing issues and providing updates as issues work their way through the remediation process. Ghosting a customer is a little stressful, since I don't know where we are in the process, and I can't provide answers to those who count on me to deliver. Providing updates 1-1.5 times a week via email is satisfactory. I was told by one customer service agent, via phone, that they will check on this issue with another agent. I have yet to hear back (it's about a week, now). Again, I think Carrot-Top is a good company, I would just like better...

I am very disappointed. We ordered our flags over 12 weeks ago and still have not received them. I originally contacted them to see about order fulfillment expectations and was told 6-8 weeks. We were ok with that as we expected as much. At 6 weeks we followed up and told that it would be an additional 2 weeks, still within the time frame and we were ok with that. At 10 weeks, we contacted again and was told they were in production. At 11 weeks we were told that they were done and waiting to be shipped, at 12 weeks we were told the same and they are sorry for the inconvenience. We have no date as to when we may receive the flags we ordered. We are looking at more COH without a Troop flag or Pack Flag. There is no communication form the company unless you follow up which is horrible customer service. They are unreliable with their...

This is great company. We always work with Carol MacAdoo for our needs. Carol is professional, courteous, and tactful. She is very knowledgeable about their products and she will always make recommendations that benefit your business even if it means that Carrot Top will make less.

Recently, there was slight misprint in 9 rugs that we purchased though Carrot Top. Once Carol saw a picture of the rugs, she immediately alerted her production team and we should have our new rugs soon. She did not ask any complicated questions or put us through any unnecessary loops. She just knew that we were not satisfied and she wanted to fix the issue. If you are looking for any branded material for your business, then don't shop anywhere else. And ask for Carol. You will not be disappointed. I would recommend these...
