Hart T.V. Repair — Local services in Hiram

Called a repair shop back in mid March to repair my Sony Bravia 65" TV. They gave me the run around for almost two months before I decided to look for other places in my area. I was able to come into contact with Mr. Clem Friday Apr. 28, 2023. I told him everything that was going on with the TV over the phone, and he told me that he would arrive the next morning for the diagnosis. He was very punctual, arriving that next morning within the time frame that he had stated. His attitude throughout the process was friendly and respectful. He is also very knowledgeable in his craft. He determined that the main board in the TV had gone bad. After the diagnosis, I paid him the 60 dollar fee for coming out and he told me that he would have the part by sometime that next week. The part arrived that Monday, and Clem made sure to notify me as soon as it was available. After hanging up the phone with him, he was out to install the part on that same evening. My TV has been working flawlessly so far and he did the work much faster and for far less than what the original repair company I contacted had quoted me. He also gave me a 3 month warranty if anything were to go wrong. I can say that I'm extremely impressed with Clem’s work. Satisfied customer, 10/10...

Awesome Experience! I could not have asked for an easier and more convenient repair. My 55" Samsung picture went out but still had sound. I googled "tv repair in Powder Springs" and found David in Hiram. I called him and explained the problem and he diagnosed it immediately and gave me a price to fix it. $160 was much cheaper than a new one! Short, sweet, affordable. I did think it a little strange at first to drop the TV off at the emissions place, but after hearing the D.O.T. bought and demolished the building he worked in right behind the emissions, and that he is now retired and doesn't want the headache or the overhead of a storefront, it made perfect sense. David fixed it in a few days and charged EXACTLY what he quoted me. I decided to pay him $20 extra to deliver, set up, and test the TV in my home. Well worth it. I can't recommend him more highly.

PS I'm amazed at the low rating and review from people David was honest with and told them it would cost more to repair than to buy a new TV. Would you rather him lie to you? Oh well, you can't please...

I WAS SO PLEASED, I TIPPED ON TOP OF THE SERVICE CHARGE!!!

David was on time and had my TV repaired in less than 15 min…probably less than 10 min! I had 2 Samsung TV’s that needed repairing and I should have contacted David 1st!

Instead, I regretfully, I contacted Samsung’s (official) TV repair service to fix the 1st TV. They were never able to fix it because the replacement parts they brought with them were defective. It took them 2 weeks before they let me know they weren’t able to fix it at all. Mind you, I contacted Samsung’s Customer Service on 2/2/25 and they finally gave up and refunded my money for the 1st TV on yesterday, 3/12/25. I contacted Hart TV repair to fix my 2nd TV on Tuesday, 3/10/25 and like I said, David was here 2 days later & fixed my TV in under 10 minutes.
