Although I had my doubts, I didn’t blame this shop for a what they said was a bad radio. After all, I ordered it used. I was told, it sparked out when they tried to install it and was faulty. As a result, my climate control was damaged. The air still blows, but not AC level cold. It’s now stuck on one flow rate and no longer can turn on heat. Not bad for now, but will be problematic in the months ahead. I took it all on the chin and thanked him for trying. I wasn’t angry, just disappointed. However, this changed the next morning when out of curiosity, I decided to take the cover off because I wanted pictures of the original radio. To my surprise, it came off with ease. The guy at the shop did not put back any of the screws for the cover… not one! Such sloppiness is indicative of a lot of things, but professionalism and good craftsmanship are not one of them. Got 3 10’s and 2 PRV’s installed that lasted about 2 weeks before they not only BLEW completely and before they fully blew I went up there and asked why they started sounding like that and they told me “it’s just your box rattling” then they proceeded to catch on fire and fried not only my battery but alternator and caused my truck to completely shut off while going 50 down the highway! These dudes have NO CLUE what they are doing or talking about and over charge upwards of double what you should actually pay in the first place! DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!
