Normally love coming to this store Muhhamd super friendly runs it perfectly, and it's a delight to shop. Today unfortunately I came in 4/8/25 with a younger female behind the counter. Now, I come in every single day and buy 40-60 dollars worth of kratom everyday at very least. I bought a pack of smurf 7 hydroxide and normally only take me a half to a full pill one its to much. I told her I had to taken the full pack and still felt nothing. Her response sucks was have you tried the opia knowing i'm there every day. That's why I asked to speak to the manager muhammad about this pack, possibly being a dud he see me every day and knows, i'm not trying to get over on them. As far as her demeanor and personality makes me not want to go back to that store if I see her car I'll go to the one across...

Very weird business practices. They opened my replacement coil to see check to see if it fit my device. Not really the problem but odd. My lady bought a disposable vape and I got 2 coils. $6.90 on the Voporesso website. They charged us for 2 vapes at $20 each. Guy said he gave us $5 off but was still $40. When I complained my pods aren’t $20 he opened the register handed me a $5bill and said there’s $5 off. I’ll just order from the website next time. Very weird for the reviews this place has....
