Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Hobbs

It's a regular tractor supply. Everything is as you'd expect. My only issue was Glenda at check out. I walked into her line and noticed the register closed sign. I switched to the other side to check out. A man walked over to Glenda's side where I would have been and she proceeded to check him out and told me she could get me next. I moved back over and she went slower than the other line I just walked from. Upon moving up she answered the phone, which wasn't a big deal. She stood there on the phone and didn't bother bagging my items. Again, not a big deal, I just bagged them myself. I paid and while waiting on her to push a button to finalize the sale and get my receipt she proceeded to ignore me and talk to her coworker. I had to wait for her to stop that conversation just to apologize and push the button. It was rude and disrespectful. I have never had such a horrible customer service experience like that. I might as well have been invisible to her. I would have been out faster had I just stayed in...

Friendly and helpful as well as knowledgable about the products they have, a bit cheaper than Gebo's, easy access to the store and if you're going to Hobbs anyway, I just like it a bit more. Gebo's is a good place for the convenience but if I still lived in Hobbs, I wouldn't drive to Lovington to get feed and such, but if you have guns on your list, Gebo's is the place..but, Tractor supply generally has Great selection of products and the store is mostly well stocked. They'll be happy to help you with the things they may not have, at least ones that will be a good selection of products they will be selling...

Terrible, Terrible customer service. Bought a $3000 lawn mower today and was treated so rudely. No owners manuel was given at the time of purchase and we live 30 miles away called when we got home and was told that we could come back and get it we drove back over and they tried to give us an owners manuel for a trailer. When we questioned the clerk said "well it says owners manuel". We then talked with someone else and they reported the only owners manuel is online we will never ever shop at Hobbs Tractor...
