Pecos Valley Production - Dispensary & Wholesale — Local services in Hobbs

So recently I switched to buying exclusively from PvP. I find their roswell, carlsbad, and hobbs locations to generally be kind and helpful. However yesterday when I went to pick up my curbside order I was greeted by a manager that I have not met before. I provided my passport and medical card just like I always have, and while next year when Rec comes around you will need a state ID to still get the medical discount, butthat is not in effect right now. She gave me a hard time over my passport and not providing her with a state driver's license. Then when I told her this was what I'd been doing for the past 3 years and had had no issues she informed me that next year it would change. Great, fine, next year.

Today I go in to pick up my order and I'm told that she has now instructed all of the staff not to accept passports but to require a state issued id. This is not an issue anywhere else, and isn't really a legal issue until next year.

One issue with this is the fact that many medical patients are unable to drive at all. And while next year they will have to make the decision to get a state ID or not, until it is actually a requirement it shouldn't just suddenly change. If you work in a job that treats patients of all ailments you'd think that might be a thought.

The manager I dealt with was named Georgina. Very disappointed in my treatment from her, and I hope that PVP will take a look at that. There are no corporate numbers to call or anywhere to place a complaint, I did try that and was suggested to leave a Google review.

The prices are high & the people are rude! Now that everything is recreational, patients aren't allowed to bring their children in with them anymore. I was turned away because I had a 9 month old baby with me. Before it was recreational, my older children were allowed to sit in the waiting area until I was finished. It's hard to see what they have online because 2 different websites come up & the products arent the same. The website issue has been going on for quite awhile now and that's why I like to go in. I called to see if the particular strain was at the other Pecos Valley on Navajo but unfortunately it wasn't. The lady on the phone told me she could reserve what I wanted and they could bring it out to me but because of the experience that took place 20 minutes earlier that day, they will never receive any money from me again! I don't see any difference between taking kids in a place like that (as long as they are behaving) and taking your kids down the isles of Walgreens, CVS, Albertsons, Walmart, etc. that has and sells alcohol & liquor and...

Other than some great customer service… placed an order online an hour an half before close normally it’s done I pull up yes 5 minutes before close and the older ladies are already walking out so I asked if they had all left and closed and one decides to VERY rudely tell me I don’t know what to tell you but everything closed we’re done, yet it still wasn’t 6 and you had everything else done but not my order from an hour and half earlier you had time to do all these other things and make sure you close but not take care of that? Especially a customer that is a regular but you be ugly old ladies and shake your heads at me because you didn’t do your job? It’s my fault how? You get paid to do that and you wanna catch the attitude with me? That’s terrible terrible...
