La Fondita — Restaurant in Hobbs

In my opinion, La Fondita has the best Mexican food in Hobbs. The food is made with fresh ingredients, not canned. The salsa is great and goes really well with their homemade tortilla chips. All the dishes on the menu are great - from burritos to enchiladas to the breakfast plate.
