Good range of products, fine for a quick stop for certain goods. The cons: the meat counter guys aren’t as good as other local stores, grisly taco meat, I experience this less often at other northside meat counters. Prices are slightly higher than other stores for lesser quality meat and I think it’s a cutting issue overall. Have found hairs in the tamals on more than one occasion, and not a random one as that happens but multiple throughout the pack of tamals. Do not think they wouldn’t have been made aware of the issue, and all it takes is hair restriction to make it happen less often. One time occurrences happen but not to this level. Not a bad store overall and fine for packaged groceries (and an awesomely sized selection), just issues with preparation of meats and foods that’s occurred more often than I would think would call for the off chance...

The Owner didnt even take the time to apologize or mention to his customers that the system wasnt working or atleast say something to the customers to acknowledge the inconvenience. Made no effort to make those that only had debit/credit cards aware that they wouldnt be able to pay. It was a simple mention that "hey the card machine is not working". It also has REAL Coke, a nice produce section, and a GREAT meat counter. Check-out people are always friendly and fast.
