My wife and I moved to Florida after retiring in 1995, since then we purchased our mattresses from Fox Mattress, for all our three bedrooms.

This year we decided to purchase an adjustable king bed purchasing 2 Twin XL adjustable bases and 2 Twin XL Latex Hybrid Mattresses reluctantly replacing our King Hybrid Mattress which we purchased from Fox Mattress giving us years of comfortable trouble free nights of sleep.

The reason we have stayed loyal to Fox Mattress is they manufacture affordable and extremely well constructed mattresses. We found their mattresses are very comfortable always giving us a goodnights sleep. Even when our children and grandchildren stay with us, they remark how comfortable the beds were and getting goodnights sleep.

What we like about the company it’s family owned and they manufacture their mattress adjacent to there showroom so when you order a mattress it’s manufactured after the sale with free delivery.

Our experience is they just didn’t try to sell us any Mattress but worked with us finding the right mattress fitting our sleeping habits. They have a lot of different mattresses setup to try at their showroom and were very helpful . Also, what was important to us is they thoroughly explained to us complete details of the materials used in the construction of our mattresses and why the top quality materials used would be beneficial in comfort, durability, excellent edge support and long lasting.

The customer service we received over the years has been excellent and we are thankful. For instants, our King and Queen Latex Hybrid mattresses were heavy for us to turn, so over the years customer service would send two delivery men over at no charge to turn both mattresses when we called. They are also extending that curtsey to include our new adjustable Latex Hybrid mattresses. They have been very helpful and professional throughout the years.

The staff at Fox Mattress are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. my wife and I feel very comfortable recommending Fox Mattress to anyone who is looking at replacing theirs.

UPDATE: IT'S 12/30/21 and we just had our King Talalay Latex on Latex mattress delivered. And again our experience with Fox Mattress from their salespersons staff, delivery personnel we have been extremely satisfied. My wife and I, would highly recommend Fox Mattress, and always do, when asked about bedding. The Mattresses are made in the USA with 100% made USA material it's a family owned business that goes the extra mile for their customers.

Another Update: I recently purchased an orthopedic mattress from Fox Mattress, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the store, Jack's knowledge and professionalism stood out. He took the time to understand my specific needs, including my back pain issues, and recommended a mattress that was perfect for me.

Jack wasn't just trying to make a sale; he genuinely cared about helping me find the right product. He explained the features of the mattress in detail, including how it would support my spine and alleviate pressure points. His expertise made me feel confident in my decision.

I have been a previous purchaser . I bought a 2 twin xl several years ago and was very pleased with my purchase. Well I purchased another twin xl because the one I had purchased finally quit working so with my new purchase I was happy with it until a few months into it my top mattress my spring started bulging out of the sides so I called fox mattress and sent him pictures and it was still under warranty so I brought it back for them to fix they had my mattress for a week and when I went to get it back they had condemn the mattress because I had spilled a can of Pepsi on it and they said it was soiled and I said with a can of Pepsi cause I spelt it so he said they could not fix it because there was a clause in my purchase that said if the Mattress was not in pristine condition that they did not have to fix it so I paid $2500 for the bed and Mattress and sheets and now I’m stuck with a Mattress that I cannot use and he said even if I had it professionally cleaned it would not still be eligible for being fixed so I bought a faulty mattress and I don’t think it’s right and if I don’t hear something back From them I am going to call channel 2 because I think this is very unfair that it’s because they made it so fast that it was defective when I got it, but it just not had poked out because nobody had been sleeping on it until I started sleeping on it then it began to poke out and I think they need to make it right and replace the mattress. I have severe RA, which is rheumatoid arthritis and like I said, I didn’t have any problems with the first double twin X that I bought and so I felt confidence in buying another one but now I don’t wanna buy another one from them. Don’t even wanna recommend them because they don’t stand behind their warranty Because it was just a Pepsi. It was nothing filthy about it. It was one spot and he just said well it’s condemned and ain’t nothing we can do and I I know there’s something they can do because I just basically threw that money down in the drain and I’m on a fixed income with a disability And they can’t even make it right So I said well, how much is a new Mattress and I wanted to charge me half price $1200 for just a mattress and I don’t have that kind of money and I believe they should stand behind their warranty and if they don’t then shame on them and they shouldn’t get any more business for me or anybody else because if they do it to a person that’s disabled, they’ll do it to anybody. We had been looking for a new mattress for quite some time, and even though I drive past Fox Mattress every day on my way to work, it was one of the last places we visited. After spending an entire day driving all around Orlando visiting some of the “top of the line” mattress companies, we found a few we liked but none we loved. So, we decided to stop by Fox Mattress before calling it a day, and we’re so glad we did. When we walked in, we were greeted by Trina, who immediately asked what type of mattress we were looking for. When we jokingly said, “One that won’t kill my wife’s back,” she took it seriously and began asking thoughtful questions to help narrow down our preferences. Not once did she talk about prices or push a sale. Instead, she focused on understanding our needs and making sure we were truly comfortable. She spent well over half an hour with us, patiently answering questions, letting us test bed after bed (and then back again), and giving honest, informed feedback. When we mentioned we had one more store to visit, that was the only time she brought up price or financing, and even then, it was only because I asked. It was such a contrast to every other store we visited that day. We left, but after only five minutes at the other store we turned to each other and said, “Ready to go back to Fox?” We returned just before closing, and Trina welcomed us without any rush.
