We hired this company to move us from Atlanta to Hampstead, and unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a service provider.

They were supposed to arrive at our Atlanta apartment at 8 AM on Sunday. Instead, we got a call from the driver at 9:30 AM saying he had already reached his CDL driving limit and had to rest for 8 hours—confusing, since the company is only about 7 hours from our apartment. We were told to expect them by 5:30 PM, but after multiple “30–45 minute” delay calls, they didn’t arrive until 8:30 PM. That’s 12 hours late.

Our apartment is only 700 sq ft, yet unloading and moving out somehow took until 1:30 AM. Then the movers had to drive overnight. To make matters worse, instead of going straight to our new house, they bypassed it for the office to weigh it.

When we raised our concerns, the owner was extremely rude and dismissive. He falsely claimed we had been quoted for 2,000 lbs (when our written contract said 3,500 lbs) and acted like our 12-hour wait “wasn’t a big deal” since the delivery was technically only an hour late. No apology, no accountability, just unprofessional behavior.

The only bright spot was when my fiancé went to the office and spoke with Shawn and another staff member, who were kind, professional, and apologetic. They acknowledged our concerns and assured us they’d speak with the owner. Unfortunately, we never heard back. Also, the movers were very nice and professional.

I waited a couple of weeks to write this review hoping the owner might reach out with an apology, but nothing. That silence says it all. If you want reliability, professionalism, and respect for your time, I cannot recommend...

Picked this place because it had all 5 star reviews. I’ve moved a ton because I’m military and I’ve never had this happen before. First I’ll say: This company is extremely professional. Everyone I’ve encountered was friendly and nice. However, the errors they made turned an already stressful situation even more stressful. First, they miscalculated my total and overcharged me $200. After discussing with the front desk, they immediately refunded it - but I didn’t need that added to my todo list. Additionally, they didn’t put my crib nor my bed together correctly. My crib they just completely left a screw off and just didn’t tell me. They pushed the crib up against the corner so that I wouldn’t see. That’s very dangerous. Luckily I noticed that the crib looked slanted and moved it to inspect it. I had to go to the hardware store to get a new screw and reassemble the crib myself. Same thing with my bed except we didn’t notice until we had been sleeping in it for a week.

Edited to add, we just realized they also didn’t put together our living room couch correctly either (the couch nobody ever uses because it’s for “show”). When my wife went to sit down on it, it broke in the middle. We’ve had this couch for 4 years with no issues. And not only do they not put it together correctly, they don’t inform you that they lost the part they needed so we can’t even fix it on our own. I shouldn’t have to do a deep dive inspection of every piece of furniture to make sure the work is done correctly. If that’s the case, they should lower...

We have used this company many times in the past and will never again. My wife and I could smell the distinct smell of Marijuana being used when the workers were outside. This is most likely why so many of our items were damaged. They destroyed many items from our home including walls, a four thousand dollar elliptical mach, a new portable air conditioner, broke the legs off our freezer, disassembled items and lnever put them back together, and lost screws and bolts. They sent out a company to re-assemble our treadmill that shouldn't have been taken apart and was not designed to. They took apart our tv stand/fireplace and left random parts all over our house. This move was a disaster not to mention they changed us an additional $500 for extra time according to the owner. They dod waste a kot of time standing around talking and doing nothing. Now the tell us that we will only get pennies back since we only had basic insurance coverage. That is the biggest scam of all and we are disputing the charges with the card company.
