If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This establishment doesn't even deserve to be above ground. The night started with poor service. This I can deal with. I honestly don't expect much out of a bowling alley. Another thing I don't expect is the owner immediately jumping to the defensive after we ask for our money back (which we were told 5 min earlier that we would receive) for the games we couldn't finish. He played the whole "I already gave it to you" card, which is ridiculous. "Listen, you little prick..." (not a way I expect an owner to talk to a customer right off the bat) "...watch the next thing that comes out of your mouth because I will throw you out of here and you will get nothing." This was after he offered to "Check the tape" which I of course told him to do so. Obviously his judgment was a little clouded, with all the drinks he was pounding with that group of minors. I will admit that I got a little heated after my girlfriend and I were blatantly disrespected. I told this supposed "owner" he might want to watch his mouth and not treat people this way. We were threatened and thrown out. Followed by the owners family (this group of what seemed to be drunken minors) to our car being threatened. I was slapped, two of these little children surrounded me and barked threats. The owner is standing behind them instigating the entire time. Our car was struck, and we were chased out of the parking lot. This...
Read moreI have been there twice in the last couple of months with my 4 year old son. The first time we went, they had leagues and were not open for open bowl. The super nice man at the counter made space on a lane for us for two games. The second time we went, my son tried to win a prize out of the claw machine and wasn’t able to with the $4 in cash we had. We turned in our shoes a little early and the same man said that since we ended early he wanted to give us some money back. He gave my son $5 in ones so he could try a few more times on the claw game. I even paid with a credit card… the customer service I have received has been the best I’ve had in years. Thank you for making my sons day both times, in different ways. I wish there were more...
Read moreFor someone who is into learning about family history, loves studying and examining old architecture and antiques -- or even just plain ol' vintage furniture -- and loves looking into old fashioned places because they tell stories, Id say this bowling alley is the best one. This place is very charming, warm, welcoming and nostalgic. Friendly staff, great hosts, awesome parties, great with families and kids, this place just seems to make a great fit for traditional activities for everyone to enjoy. Lounges, food, drinks, gatherings, and, my favorite, fundraisers....
