I had several bats over the past 3 years..... Today at 3 AM my cat woke me up howling and I thought she was sick.. Turns out she had attacked a bat and was sitting on it. I picked it up and secured it and in about an hour later when I went to take it outside it had already died, and I was sad because even though I don't like them in my house they are good for keeping away the mosquitoes and I felt bad that it didn't survive. They are an endangered species and we're losing so many wildlife as it is I just don't want them in my house! I had the bat exclusion done in 2020, and they came back out after I had another bat in February and then after this one they're coming out next Friday to recheck the exclusions again! They are very responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again They came out today & Spencer identified some spots that they "could" be getting in & one place where they definitely were getting in! Thankful they were thorough in their inspection.

Great company. I had a raccoon mother and her kits who had moved in under my manufactured home in Shelby Township. KJ came out and set a trap. A few days later nothing had bit so they went in and got the kits out by hand; we caught the mom later that day and they were back out to pick her up. They explained their aftercare thoroughly -they really care about the animals and treat them with kindness! Highly recommend them for this kind of work. Thank you James, Ron and Dave for your help in getting my home back to normal!

We had a litter of baby skunks under our shed, no mama in sight. Tim with Michigan Wildlife Solutions came out and had them all boxed and ready to relocate in minutes! I'm so happy the babies will be rehabbed and relocated. Very good experience from first phone call to removal! I would definitely recommend MWS and use them again.

UPDATE: DESPITE THE OWNER STATING HE WOULD BE REACHING OUT TO US A WEEK AGO, STILL NO WORD FROM MICHIGAN WILDLIFE SOLUTIONS. THEIR TRAPS REMAIN IN OUR ATTIC WITH NO SQUIRRELS CAUGHT, THREE TRAPS ON OUR ROOF (AGAIN WITH NO SQUIRRELS CAUGHT). NO MENTION OF A REFUND FOR NOT DOING THEIR JOB. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. WE ARE SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR LACK OF CONCERN OR DILIGENCE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT THIS POINT, WE DO NOT WANT THEM IN OUR HOUSE OR ON OUR PROPERTY AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTED. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Working with this company was the worst experience. We paid half down on June 8. The agreement was that the balance would be paid once the squirrels were removed from the attic and entryways were sealed. Traps (5) were set in the attic and one trap on the roof. We were told that someone would come every 7-10 days to check traps in the attic (this NEVER happened). We caught one squirrel on the roof on June 11 and MWS came out on June 13 to remove it and reset the trap. On June 14, we had another squirrel in the trap on the roof. Meanwhile, when they came to remove these squirrels on 6/13 and 6/14, they never went into the attic to check those traps. On June 17, Cody came to remove the squirrel from the trap. I told him at the time via text that the smaller red squirrels ignored the traps and walked right past them and into our attic. Cody texted back, "Yes I have a small one of those conibears for red squirrels on me with my truck, I’m also going to move those snap ones closer to the opening I thought I had a bigger one for larger squirrels on my truck too but I don’t so I’ll just make sure it’s notes to have someone bring back a bigger one of the conibears that way it’s covered from large and small squirrels." No more squirrels were ever trapped. We asked about this numerous times. On June 17, I emailed MSW and told them: "We have about five traps set in our attic and two on the roof. So far we have gotten two larger squirrels on the roof. I have noticed the smaller red squirrels near the traps on the roof but they are not taking the bait. There is a lot of noise up in the attic still and it sounds like nuts are rolling around as they run around up there. Also, it rained a lot last night and wondering if the traps on the roof are viable at this point or are filled with water where the peanut butter is. Is there another type of trap that might lure the small squirrels who are going in and out of the attic?" Their response: "We can certainly have someone out to check on the exterior traps, there is one other type of trap that we use that we would typically set over the entry point to the squirrels will step on it when they enter or exit, I am not sure if it is something they would be able to use with your property but I will have them take a look. Sometimes it unfortunately just takes time before we will catch them." On June 18, MSW charged our card for the remaining balance that we agreed together would be paid once the work was done. The work was nowhere near done. I called and complained about this and the next day, they refunded our money. On June 20, Bennett finally came to check the attic traps. There were no squirrels in the traps. He suggested possibly a different type of bait and said they could try that. On June 25, a tech returned to set a couple of other traps but never looked in the attic. That was the last time anyone came back. They emailed us an invoice a few more times for the remaining balance which we did not pay but they never returned and the traps are still in our attic and on our roof (no squirrels) and the squirrels are running rampant in the attic. This is an extremely unprofessional operation. There was no way that my husband and I were going to pay the balance if they hadn't finished the work. This is a horrible company with bad business practices and I would not recommend them to my...

Everyone at this company is AMAZING!

I've been at my aunt and uncles as our home is being renovated and we noticed bats in early September. My aunt and uncle speak limited English and are a little bit older, so I was handling everything for them.

Adrian, Rylie, and Audrey on the scheduling team are so kind. They answer all your questions, explain everything thoroughly to you, and are so patient and sweet through the entire process.

Bennett came out to handle our estimate. He was so good with my aunt, patiently answering all her questions and never making her feel like she was an inconvenience. She originally wanted to go with another company and I held off on scheduling with them until we met with Michigan Wildlife for a second opinion. Before Bennett left the driveway she was on the phone with me telling me she felt more comfortable with him and his company.

Earl was the final piece of our puzzle. He came out to handle the extraction of the bats. He was patient and thorough. Took the time to call me and go over everything.

This company was fair with its pricing and upfront about all the charges.

I hope I'm never in need for pest control again, but, if I ever am Michigan Wildlife Solutions will be the company I use moving forward.

Adrian, Rylie, Audrey, Bennet, and Earl - I hope your boss knows what amazing people he/she has...

Three weeks ago I reached out to Michigan Wildlife Solutions regarding one very large groundhog. This was based on their very informed website. Very well maintained and provides a lot of great information. Two weeks ago, Michigan Wildlife Solutions came out to the house and we had to let them know that now in addition to the very large groundhog we had 5 of her children to capture. No problem for them. They set multiple traps and the very next day we caught Mom and 1 child. They released Mom and child together. Now began the hunt for the 4 other ground hogs. As of now their patience with coming just about every day to successfully released back to a better setting Mom, 3 of the children groundhogs, 1 possum, and 3 raccoons. Today they came out again with two more traps for the remaining 2 ground hogs. I could not ask for more support from a team of great people. I cannot say enough praise regarding their service. Everyone we have worked with in this adventure has been super great. If you are wondering how to gently remove wildlife from your home and yard, please reach out to this company. Thank you Michigan...
