I wanted to like this business but they have no concern for any problem or misfortune that any patient has encountered with their products, all that they care about is collecting your hard earned money. I recently purchased a 0.5g Wizard Tree disposable from this location and the product worked good for the first few hits but then all of a sudden IT STOPPED PRODUCING SMOKE. It will only give me very light vapor no matter how I hit it, a blinker, it IS IT NOT WORKING HOW THE PRODUCT IS SUPPOSED TO. I spoke to a representative by the name of AJ and I provided him with everything, the picture of the product and material left inside (brand new) the video of it not working correctly and the packaging and label of my information AND THEY STILL SAY THAT THEY CAN NOT HELP ME, ALL I WANTED IS AN EXCHANGE FOR SOMETHING OF THE SAME VALUE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS, it’s hilarious cause he also said how they ARE FAIR WITH THEIR PATIENTS AND THAT IS 100% FALSE, THIS COMPANY ONLY CLEARLY CARES ABOUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN IF YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCT OR NOT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY ISSUES IT MIGHT GIVE YOU THEY JUST CARE THEY GOT YOUR MONEY, IT IS A SHAME BUT I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE FLOWERY EVER AGAIN. YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO TAKE THE LOSS AS IF YOU WERE BUYING IT OFF SOMEONE IN THE STREET, ALL SALES ARE FINAL IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. FYI DISPOSABLES DO SOMETIMES COME WITH PROBLEMS, AND THIS ONE THAT I PURCHASED WAS ONE OF THEM YOU GUYS CAN AT LEAST HAVE THE COMMON COURTESY OF EXCHANGING THE PRODUCT FOR ONE THAT ACTUALLY WORKS BUT NOT EVEN THAT, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLAIN SIMPLY MESSED UP!!!!!!
UPDATE: Emily from the customer care team at The Flowery reached out to me and was able to fully credit me back the funds spent on the faulty disposable. I went from 1 star to 5 stars when Emily helped me because I really do like the products specially when on sale (except the disposables) so even though it was not right away I still appreciate that she reached out and helped, thank you Emily! Will be...
Read moreThe employees are rude, but the flower is somehow even worse. Everything on sale is just old, bone-dry garbage that’s borderline unsmokeable. It’s harsh, stripped of terps, and clearly the result of awful curing and long shelf times.
They keep trying to dress up mid as premium, but don’t be fooled—this is bottom-tier quality getting passed off with top-tier pricing. Every new drop is the same story: overhyped, underwhelming, and clearly rushed or poorly handled. Save yourself the disappointment.
The effects don’t last, and nearly every strain leaves you with that same foggy, groggy crash—no matter how different the high may seem for the first 10 minutes. That’s not variety, that’s a systemic problem. The curing process is trash, the buds are cooked and flavorless, and the smoke leaves your throat feeling like sandpaper.
Honestly, if you find one strain that halfway works, just stick with it—but don’t expect anything close to true craft quality here. This isn’t AAA flower. It’s dried-out, weak mid in disguise. Sure it’s better than Curaleaf or JB but this is NOT top tier quality by any means. They don’t come close to true small batch cultivation. It’s honestly hard to smoke the flowery stuff after you’ve had better. I think we all...
Read moreEdit: this location sucks especially! They only stock mid it seems like. Barely get have any good 710 flower in stock. Only had one good, well cured strain from them which was sherbanger. Everything has been super mid since.
Flowery and most corporate cannabis fall flat because they prioritize appearance and shelf stability over actual quality and effect. The flower often looks good in photos—tight trim, dense nugs, maybe a bit of sparkle—but when you crack it open, there’s nothing behind it. The smell is faint or one-dimensional, and the high rarely hits with any depth. That’s because these operations are built around volume, not craft. They rush drying and curing, use machine trimming that knocks off trichomes, and store everything in hot, terp-draining environments for months. By the time it hits the shelf, all the volatile terpenes—the ones that bring real flavor, nuance, and effect—are long gone. What you’re left with is a product that’s technically weed, but feels like a faded version of what it should’ve been. It’s mid dressed up as premium, and anyone who’s had true small-batch, fresh frozen, or real craft flower can tell the...
