Read moreThe other night we stopped by this Chinese takeout restaurant for dinner. I ordered a quart of Shrimp in Lobster Sauce — a dish I’ve had before and usually enjoy. However, this time the packaging was a serious issue.
The food was extremely hot, and they placed it (with lots of liquid sauce) into a standard paper takeout box instead of a proper container. We set it in the back seat for the 30-minute drive home. When we arrived, the bag was soaked — the sauce had leaked everywhere, melted through the plastic bags, and even spilled onto my car seat and skin, causing a mild burn. Read moreAs a chef, before you give your customer their food, you must first observe the dish & ask yourself, did i do my best with this and is this dish going to have the customer return? . .. The fried rice consumed the entirety on the large plate which could serve 3-6 people as if they gave me the rest of the rice present to not be discarded once restaurant closed additionally, the shrimp is tiny and not the real shrimp people are accustomed to. . .. . .. The meal was $17 after tax and honestly i regret buying the food. My confession implies that the chef does not care about customer satisfaction hence why the parking lot was empty. That should have been my sign to leave before wasting my hard...
