Upon walking in I was greeted with a smile and kindness. Amanda welcomed me and walked me right upstairs to where I'd be receiving my service. The ambiance was exactly everything I needed it to be. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and recommended products, as it was my first time trying either procedure.
