This is the cleanest DG I have been in and I frequent these stores because of the fair pricing and great sales. Sadly though, that would be the only positive thing I can say about this store. The customer service is one of the poorest I've experienced. From the cashiers to the management. I am not one to be intimidated so despite this significant flaw I still shop here as it is close and convenient for me. I have spoke my mind to the point that I no longer hear the frequent comment when walking in the store 15-30 min before close (the only time I can go in during the week mind you), I was always greeted as follows: "You will need to hurry, we are closing right now", "You only have ___min so you might want to come back tomorrow", and my all time favorite..."Do you know what time it is?". Each time looking at their watch. I didn't say anything the first few times. Then came the one time I was asked if I knew what time it was, that was the last straw. I made it very clear the the cashier and manager that I know exactly what time it is, I also have never walked out of that store a min after closing so I told them also that if I hear another comment like this again, I will see to it that corporate is aware of the complete disrespect shown to customers at this location. The store closes at 10:00p.m. and anyone can walk in the doors until that time. If there is an issue with that then these employees do not need to be working there,. I understand if a polite comment is made when someone is shopping after close but not a min sooner. I still hear them saying these things to other customers on occasion. When I approached her about her being rude she got even nastier...my experience there was not a good one.
