So I've been shopping with East Coast Pharms. Since day one grand opening. I have ordered both online and have gone to the location without any prior issues. Today I placed an order online received the email for my order and then I received the text from East Coast Pharms saying that my order was ready for pickup. I drove over an hour from Connecticut to come pick up my order only to find that two of the four items that I ordered weren't available. And now I have to go to another dispensary to get the items that I originally ordered. It's very frustrating at the lack of customer service that I received today because all it would have taken was a simple phone call to let me know that half of my order was not in stock and they didn't have any alternatives. But I "called" in a pre-order I saw on line driving from Connecticut I mentioned, upon arrival to purchase I received wrong item which was flower at 17% I ordered which was listed on line was 34%. The manager explained to me as if I was negligent in not catching the difference between the THC and TAC I just ordered what I seen on line. And misprinted item was confirmed by teller before calling manager He then explained that he will refund my money "this time". Or did I want something else if I did it took the taste out of my mouth and it's a Dispensary next door.
