Meat appears to be intentionally packaged in a manner in which it hides/conceals the fat content of the meat. Bought an expensive roast, half of which was fat which had been folded inward so the roast appeared to be low fat content. Very high prices throughout the store as well. First time I've cried over prices/product. You will not get one ounce of future business from me! After my review I was contacted by the manager who demonstrated superior customer care in his follow up reply as well as sending out a gift card to cover my expense of the previous purchase. In this time of high inflation this was greatly appreciated. Google did not allow me to post a separate review, however, due to the integrity demonstrated by the management in honoring quality service and products I now have changed my 1 star review to a 5 star review! I told cashier specifically if they could get another apple as that one wasn't good she said yes. Then she kept talking with the guy who was bagging my food. She finished I paid she started helping the next customer. I asked the person bagging if he was going to get the apple or was I supposed to get it. Usually if there is something wrong with the groceries they go get it. He went and got it. When he came back the cashier said she didn't charge it as she thought I didn't want it. I lost my patience by then and just grabbed my groceries and left. The cashier needs to work on communicating with the customer, bagger needs to listen to whats going on and both need to practice on better customer service.
