With No Disrespect The Management Here At Brookshire's In Arcadia Louisiana 71001 Sucks. I'm #62Years Old Disabled I've Shopped At Brookshire's For Years Because It's The Only Store In Town. My My Visit On That Day I Was Very Disappointed With Everything Due To The Facts The Manager Herself Wasn't Busy Stood there looking At Me Standing At Office To Be Waited On for Over Ten minutes And No one else were In line but myself. And When She did dicided to come and wait On Me She Still Was Very Unprofessional. I Have Been Purchasing Money Orders With My Direct Express Card For The Last Three Months Or More. I Ordered Three Money Orders She Took $290 From My Card And In The Meantime Tell,s Me They Couldn't Except The Card For The Money Orders I Go Here Are Y'all Recipes Where I have purchased January February With The Same Card I'm Not Understanding. Due To Management Carryout I Plan To Never Visit This Store Again And I Live Here In Arcadia Louisiana Was Born Here But I Refuse To Let Anyone Are Anything Make Me Look Like A Fool. I have said this before, and I don't think things will change any time soon. I come from Chicago, and their are stores there that have reasonable prices that we can shop at. But here, there are not not alot of stores to choose from. Brookshires prices are way too high for the income of most people, for my income. There are things in the store I would like to have, but I refuse to pay what they charge for those items. Everybody wants to be a Billionaire, and most of them are doing it once again, on the poor peoples' backs. I could never understand the greed factor in the USA. Decent grocery store. They have a good produce section and meat market and the store is neat and clean. The layout isn't very logical though so unless you grew up going to this store you're going to traverse it a couple of times to pick up regular items.
