Went there to buy a roll of double faced tape. Pulled in the lot at 4:55. Woman came out, turned off the "Open" sign and went back inside.Then stared at me through the door. Found it to be awfully rude. Now I had to drive all the way to home depot.

Again! Store closes at 4pm. I get there at 3:45 and already an employee is barking at me about closing at 4. I tell him all i need is a can of wd40 and 4pm is still 15 minutes away. He starts arguing with me that it’s 10 minutes away. Is there really a need to be obnoxious? Is it really going to take 15 minutes or 10 minutes or even 5 minutes to buy 1 can of wd40??? Obviously he’s miserable at his job and is literally counting down the minutes to when he can leave. Don’t put your misery on the customers. We keep...

I am not one for leaving bad reviews, mom raised me not to say it if it wasn't good but this should be said.... I had bought a lot of tools , hardware and supplies there at Luhrs . Was in a jam on a job site , broke a pull cord on my saw , run over there for a saw 5 min before they were closing and was greeted with rudeness. I understand they want to close but I was a dedicated customer and did not do that regularly. I turned around and pulled a cord out of an old saw I had got my saw running to finish the job. Never went back to that store been over a year now. I ll drive the extra miles to Durlams where I am treated great and greeted with a smile. Plus the prices are way...

This is what I would call a business who has been put in this location for use of the local residents and weekend lake region home owners to receive excellent service by employees who are looking to help in anyway for as long as it takes the customer to find what it is they need to use for there get togethers, picnic, repairs, and updates by offering Barbecues, Outdoor Furniture, Tools, Hardware all at moderate prices and friendly faces of all who work there. In my opinion this is a good place to shop for the items I mentioned and feel good...
