So I had gotten an alarm there last year and I had starting problems with my car starting. After a constant battle, my friend thought it would be the alarm. I explained the situation and they happily asked me to come in. Q was the master tech that helped me out with this and even though it wasn’t the alarm and I was a bit stranded there he did not stop til he figured out what was going on. The shop had a bit of a mixup between the subs and amp that were bought but after speaking to the owner they gave me full refund and credit towards a new setup. I got everything done from a new deck, 4 channel amp, 4 speakers, mono amp and 2 JL subs. People say they miss when they're not riding in my car cause no stock speakers come remotely close as accurate as my system. Took care of all my needs. Special shout out to Q and James. Had problems with my radio and they fixed it. But as soon as I get in my car to leave the shop my car wouldn’t start. then my car wouldn’t start the next day. I asked the boss on the phone if their were a way I could fix it and he simply said he does not remember me and can’t help me. I tried my best to describe the tool that he used to start my car up when I left the shop. But continued to say “ I don’t remember” and says he can’t do anything for me.
