Great customer service and quality product!

I am overwhelming satisfied with the furniture and service I received from this business. I purchased this patio furniture from Facebook Market and did not have time to see it in person beforehand. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. The owner took the time to explain the materials used used in its construction, which was a primary concern for me due to having previous Lowe’s furniture deteriorate easily to weathering.

Due to my time constraints, the owner took the time to FaceTime me and so that I could see the furniture and it’s size perspective as he sat on it and gave me a product demo, so to speak.

It’s my opinion it’s difficult to find good patio furniture here in Hawaii, as Lowe’s and Home Depot are limited on selection and quality. However, the quality of what I received, is unlike anything I could get from a big box retailer or one of the few low quality company’s that ship furniture to Hawaii such as Wayfair or Overstock. My neighbor currently has overstock patio furniture - paid much more but quality doesn’t measure up.

This material does not feel like plastic or something similar you’d find at Target’s outdoor section. This is much better and actually hard for me to describe.

I became aware of Fabrika when I received a mailer in the mail. The site answered all my questions. When I made an appointment to view what I had chosen on-line it saved time at the appointment. The person in the showroom was very helpful with suggestions after I expressed how I planned to use the furniture that made sense to me. At the appointment I was able to pay and arrange for delivery a few days later. The delivery person was pleasant and efficient. When I began to use the furniture I realized I needed one additional item which I ordered and paid for on-line with the warehouse pick-up option. The day before I was scheduled to pick-up the additional item I received a call for the delivery person who said they noticed my warehouse pick- up and were in my area and would I like them to delivery it!!! We love the furniture set. Love that it's modular and easy to change things around, if desired. For example, we bought two sofa sets, thinking this was going to look good in our somewhat challenging area (an open air "bridge"). Once in place, we felt it was too large for the space so we changed it to two loveseats and two armless chairs. Perfect! The store has a display board that was very helpful for a visual person like me to plan layout/options. Nick was extremely helpful. We did a lot of research and Fabrika's quality is the best we've seen (Wayfair doesn't even compare). The furniture is priced right. The process from showroom to delivery was very efficient.
