What a pleasure to work with Serenitree. They came out on that Christmas Day with the strong gusty winds and rain to keep the remainder of a tree from falling on my truck. The other branches had already fallen on my neighbor’s and my car blocking our driveway. They worked diligently, patiently, intermittently, as the weather permitted them to safely cut down the remaining branch and prevent any more loss of property. Recently, they were the first that came to mind when I needed to cut down a coconut tree that has been damaging my shed, and to trim back a ficus tree and overgrown vegetation that were touching my roof. They did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate in recommending Serenitree for any of your tree trimming. I am so grateful for this business! I called on a Saturday afternoon silently panicking after having the fire station come to my house to get my cat out of a 30 foot coconut tree with no success. Elias, came to our rescue in a matter of minutes and calmly climbed up the tree (equipment strapped) with no worries of getting scratched or injured. He successfully got our cat out of the tree unharmed and now a precious member of our family is safe and sound. He’s friendly, reliable, and genuinely a nice human being.
