US MARKET GAS STATION — Local services in Hood River

BEWARE - Windmaster market would not take responsibility for their attendant who put “gas” in our Diesel vehicle. At the time of the incident the manager on duty said they were at fault but after it was towed and serviced to Riversedge Automotive they would not pay the bill. After purchasing fuel and goods from this local business for well over 25 years we will never go back. The new owners didn’t want to take responsibiliy for their employee’s mistake????

Edit- *It took 7 days and the manager called me back and apologized for the misunderstanding. He apparently spoke with the owner and they realized the liability of the situation and paid for the $700 service. Luckily the vehicle was never started after the addition of gas so that saved the motor from catastrophic failure.

If you are a Diesel customer I’d advise you to always check the attendant and make sure they don’t make that mistake again. We added an additional “Diesel Only” sticker and a new gas cap tag to our VW TDi Golf to try and prevent this unfortunate situation from happening again. Thank You Windmaster Market for doing the...

I’m not someone to write a review and complain, and I usually enjoy going to the corner store down the road, but there’s is a woman with short graying hair ( cut so short you can’t put it up ) with glasses, everytime she is the one cashing me out she is extremely cold towards me and I’m not sure why? Today I went in ( I am 5 1/2 months pregnant, so I’m emotional ) but she asked me a question and I didn’t hear what she was saying so I asked politely “ what was that “? My ears are a little clogged, And she snapped loudly at me repeating what she said I then said back “ oh yes that’s it for me, I’m sorry” I cried softly In my truck home.
