The store is rarely organized. Many times I have been charged more than the price tag on the shelf and the excuse is always that it was in the wrong place. Most stores take responsibility and give you the item at the price it is marked. To add insult to injury I was approached by a person accusing me of shoplifting because I tried to show the employee that the entire display was priced that way. Not just one item in the wrong place.
