We were in there Saturday night & the computer froze up during the middle of paying for our transaction. We were assured the payment didnât go through & they moved us to a different register to complete the purchase where we added an additional item. When we were on our way home I checked our account & saw both amounts were pending. So I called & was told to come back in. Mind you, we live 20 minutes away. So we went all the way back only to be told by the associate that the manager said it would be back in our account Monday. Here it is Tuesday & I check our account to see it did not go back into our account & instead posted the payment. I called & spoke to the manager who told me to come in & sheâd use the receipt from the second order & refund us for the whole transaction. So I once again had to drive 20 minutes there & the same associate only refunded me for the first amount that I was charged & not for the whole amount for the transaction like I was told I would receive. She had told me on the phone she would let them know what to do if she wasnât there when I came, which she was on lunch according to the associate. So we had to use all this gas going back there Saturday night for nothing, then there & back today only for them to refund us the amount that never shouldâve went through in the first place. They did nothing but extremely inconvenience us & give us money back that was already ours. So needless to say, we wonât be going back to this...

I was not recognized at the jewelry counter after saying "mam" multiple times. She saw us, me and my daughter in law, then turned around and kept working without a word. I then made a mistake by using the wrong pronoun "he" when a female employee was trying to get through the aisle. The employee then snapped back and said "I am a women".After I was corrected, I apologized and said it must have been the mask (especially since I wasn't even looking near her direction) to be snapped back again, saying "You can tell I'm a women". I give 0 stars to the clerk that has a nasty attitude and likes to speak when youvarent speaking to her. I'm more than sure she put my things back. But that's ok I got most back and thanks to the manager I am giving them 5 stars. Note to people who work customer service and have a nasty attitude.
