Lasaters Coffee & Tea — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

Second time coming and second time being upset. I will always give a second chance but they kinda blew it. This time around I got a smoothie and a panini. Smoothie is good no problems there but the panini- they shoved this entire sandwich into a small Togo box (like tiny). It looked like they had to mold it to try and fit it into the box. I open the wrapping and it’s just a mess lol. Mustard all over the place meat isn’t even on the sandwich. No napkin, just a box and a drink. $14. The customer service that lady at the Togo window had was worse than the dang sandwich hahah. Never smiled, no hello, but she sure did check to make sure I tipped her. Waited in line for 10 minutes (maybe more-I wish I was exaggerating) only to be dealt this type of experience. Staff needs more training. My first experience at this coffee shop was frustrating. I ordered a hot chocolate, a HAM, egg and cheese croissant, and a cheese danish (employee said supplier discontinued this). The employee on yhe drive thru mic rang me up for a chocolate milk (eww) and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant. I corrected him on the mic that I wanted a hot chocolate, but I was charged for both at the window. The manager and the really sweet girl at the window couldn't figure out how to do a refund, so they gave a cinnamon roll instead. They asked if I wanted it warmed and it still came out cold ANNNND they still gave me the wrong croissant. 😩 I will the food was good, but get staff some...

I have been to 4 Lasater's locations over the years and all have friendly employees and are clean and quick to get your order to you asap! I ALWAYS get the wild berry smoothie with whip cream! Lord it's the best thing EVER! Now I live in Murray Kentucky so can't get it unless I go to Hopkinsville. I seriously wish with Murray being a college town that they'd build a Lasater's here! No other place makes better smoothies! I haven't tried their coffee because I am a creature of habit but also because the wild berry smoothie is like a party in your mouth! But I am positive their coffee would be just as amazing! PLEASE make a location in Murray...
