Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Hopkinsville

I'm a little disappointed with the visit I just had at the Dairy Queen in Hopkinsville, KY. I've never & I repeat never had any problems or issues at this store, until today. First things first; They had a kid on the register that had no idea what he was doing & couldn't get any help from his coworkers. Second thing; The gentleman that waited on us got my order completely wrong & put us to eat in, after I specifically said it was to go. I also told him I wanted a small Reese's blizzard & he put me down for a mini Oreo, no idea how he misunderstood that because Reese's & Oreo sound nothing alike. & third thing; I had to stand there for over 30 minutes to wait for the blizzard & I had already asked another employee twice if I could please get the blizzard I ordered. But what upset me the most, was when another woman came in after me asking for ice cream & they jumped right on the machine & made hers, as I still stood there continuing to wait patiently. All the employees there were dragging their feet & acting as though they didn't even want to be there. I had very bad experience last week, Dairy Queen had a big rush hour very busy, because of that they rush through cooking and gave me raw, very raw chicken strips that my child ate through and didnt know...I went back to show them, Manager Philip barely looked at, throw away, try to offer me replacement of food and nothing else..I told him I wanted document in case my child got sick..who knows if it was...but there was no apology, no money back or no care at all...he took down my name, phone, and address and haven't heard anything from them...if I could post picture I would. The woman who took my order seriously had a resting witch face. I couldn't believe how rude she was when I asked her if they still had the pulled pork sandwich which is apparently off the menu now this is ridiculous by far the best sandwich at Dairy Queen. I seriously hope that Dairy Queen brings the sandwich back until then I'm going to leave it at a 3-star review because everything else on the menu other than ice cream is not all that great. Oh and I ordered a chicken sandwich and that witch gave me a burger didn't notice until I got home. I had to eat a burger instead of chicken and then I went on a run and it made me feel awful thank you for the awful experience...
