Went to get my hair done and I showed the stylist a picture I was looking for and some examples at the end of the appointment my hair didn’t look not even a little close to the pictures and examples I showed her nor what we talked about she totally ruined my hair color and took me darker!! When we were trying to go lighter!! And I payed $230 for this !! I told her I wish it was more lighter and she said I could come in again so she fixes it and that her boss would call me 5 days later mins u I called every day to try and talk to her boss because it was taking them so long to get back to me about it her boss calls me saying that she’s very sorry about everything and how her stylist doesn’t know how to communicate and tell people what she can and can’t do first of all she should teach her stylist to communicate with there customers so there customer aren’t unsatisfied at the end of there appointment anyways there was a lot more talk but she decided to tell me to come In again while she was there so she could explain to her stylist what i wanted better and talk about the price again for me to pay for my hair again!! Even tho I never got what I wanted in the first place anyways today was the appointment and I couldn’t not make it because my mom was supposed to watch my two baby’s while I went in to the Appointment but she felt sick and could not come so I couldn’t make it to my appointment and forgot to call and let them know since having two baby’s is very hectic!! They called me and lmk that my card would be charged for the appointment 100% of what I was supposed to pay when we didn’t even know what I was gonna pay or what I wanted I wanted to do I asked the girl on the phone how much it would be she said $170 I refused to let them charge my card again knowing I didn’t even get what I wanted with my hair in the first place paying 230$ already I asked to talk to her boss again and she was very rude!! Read moreNever colored my hair and wanted to give this salon a chance. Saw Lauren twice in the last few months and she did light blonde highlights. The first two times she did phenomenal job going from dark blonde to light blonde. She recommended me to come back on my birthday to go even lighter and add more pieces of highlights, because she knew i was working on getting my entire hair of light blonde. As i trusted her went in on my birthday to see her and she performed a toner, promised it will turn out even lighter. She charged me 170$ for toning my hair dark blonde again “the way it was few months ago when i came the first time” and she cut few inches. She ripped me off and lied to my face. I was dissatisfied right there with toning my hair and started asking questions. I thought she knows me by now and how blonde i like to be. Texted Lauryn a day after and she was rude and did not try to help whatsoever. She kept saying over text how toner will make it lighter but it made it dark blonde just how my virgin hair was. Explained how dissatisfied with the results and asked if she could fix the issue me coming in. Emailed salon 10 days ago to give me a refund as i will need to go to a different salon and there was no response. No call and no email. I then paid another 270$ to fix with another salon. Read moreThe day before my wedding, 9:50 in the morning, I had my previously booked hair lady text and quit on me. It was a very unexpected and awful situation for any bride to have to go through so close to her wedding day. I quickly called my Personal Attendant to ask her who she would recommend wether it be a person or a salon in general; her response was Vive Salon in Horace. My mother and I quickly made a call and explained to Alyssa on the phone what the situation was. She began making calls to 2 different stylists at the salon to see who could make this happen. At 11:00 AM (just over 1 hour after crap hit the fan) we got a call back from her telling us that her gal who does wedding hair, Mackenzie Schram, was going to be able to do this for me. Mackenzie was not only able to do my hair so last minute, but she was able to do the 3 other heads in my bridal party as well as come to us at the hotel we were getting ready at since we couldn't come to her due to the makeup vendor coming to the hotel as well. She took on my wedding and rescheduled all of the appointments that she was going to have that day - "Weddings are more important than hair cuts" - this is what Mackenzie told me when we talked on the phone. As a stressed out bride, this melted my heart and I couldn't be more appreciative for her willingness to do this for me! I officially found a new salon that I will be going to in order to get even the simplest of haircuts done myself. 100/100 RECOMMEND!!! 5 STARS...
