I had the tacos de birria, they were served with onions, cilantro, green sauce and guacamole, with a jalapeno and radish garnish, fresh sliced lime, with hot sauce on the side. They also came with sides of rice and beans. Everything was hot and fresh, our food took just a few minutes to be prepared. There was a generous amount of meat on the tacos, and they doubled up the corn tortillas to hold everything together. I would not recommend for vegetarians as there is a limited menu and most of it is pork and beef based. There was one chicken option, chuleta de pollo, a breaded chicken breast served over rice on their Columbian menu. There was also a kid's meal with chicken strips available, but no taco or burritos. It was more expensive than I typically pay for tacos, expect to pay $20+ per person depending on what you order and if you get a drink, there are no a la carte choices. Complimentary chips and salsa were brought to the table, the chips were small and mostly broken, but thick and crispy, the salsa chunky and flavorful, but mild. They make good use of their space, at time of visiting they had 8 tables and about 30 chairs. This is a place you come for a quick bite of tasty food, not a romantic date night expecting scenery and atmosphere as it is located in a shop with the front of the dining area being a garage door. It was very clean and the tables were promptly reset and wiped down after each customer. We visited on a Saturday for lunch and there were a few other patrons before and after us, but they were not overly busy which was nice. The staff were all friendly and helpful with questions. The food was pretty good, everyone in our party was happy with what they ordered and I would eat here again, though for the price, location, and limited menu options it wouldn't be my...

I actually came across this place on Tik Tok and this guy who was traveling the US trying different Mexican cuisines found this place. I came here with my boyfriend and we got the birria tacos and HOLY WOW! this is AUTHENTIC. Definitely the best tacos i’ve had in North Dakota. You get 3 tacos with rice and beans plus a drink and it’s sooo worth the price; you get LOTS of food. The rice was cooked to perfection and really flavorful, I couldn’t get ENOUGH of the beans, and the birria tacos themselves really were the star of the show and once you put that sauce on them.. ohhh you just gotta experience it for yourself. Even though we got it to-go, the presentation in the box was so aesthetically pleasing and the AROMA!? I could’ve eaten the whole menu if I had the funds 😋 The actual restaurant is in a shop/unit but the inside was decorated pretty, charming, and had a very chill/relaxing environment (I noticed that the temperature in there was super comfortable which was an awesome bonus). The people working there were very kind and the owner even gave a couple punch cards!! Consider stopping by if you're wanting to try amazing authentic mexican cuisine!! ☺️ (I would’ve left a picture but this is the first ever google review im writing and I ate that...

The food was very good, a little expensive, however, it's definitely high quality, and what stuck out the most to me, was the owner, (and cook in this case too I believe?) came out and asked how things were and genuinely wanted input on how to make it better. Was very friendly, and cared how our experience was. I'll pay extra for that anyday. Let alone the food being just as authentic as the service. And he said he wants to do a taco Tuesday thing perhaps $10 for 3 tacos and a drink and that got me all sorts of excited 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 then it would shoot up to great price AND great food AND great service😍😍😍 now that would be a true Taco Revolution 🌮✨

P.S. he offered Tres de Leche for dessert so we got Tres Tres de Leches 🤤🤤🤤 muy muy muy guapo 🤤🤤🤤 haha I totally know that means handsome too, let...

This is officialy the first established place where you can find some typical colombian food in North Dakota. They are located around Southern area of Fargo (about 10-15 minutes driving on I-29, after crossing the intersection with I-94). We live in Williston, ND and it was a great surprise to find this amazing restaurant during our trip to Fargo. 100% recommended! Thanks to Cuco and Coo-keeta for your exceptional service and bring to North Dakota one of the best gastronomical experience, keeping the original taste in all your recipes and putting your heart, love and passion to achieve all customers can experience those feelings when they are trying your amazing food!
