The products get 4/5stars but this review gets a 1 star thanks to JESSICA/YESSICA "Manager" for her ridiculous & rude ways to handle complaints & her attitude. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer service (lack of) I just received by a very rude & inexperienced "Manager"! Soon as we walked in, she had her snooty face & did everything with it. I've gone many times before & have never had anyone serve the fruit toppings in such a stingy manner?! I asked why it was so little & if she could please add more & she stated it's only 2 spoonfuls (that's a FIRST FOR ME). Yet my son got almonds & she put literally 3 or 4 scoops so it contradicted what she had just said? She said she'd charge me more if I wanted another spoonful (99cents for literally 3 small diced pieces of mango! Lol) I said just forget it. She took it upon herself to open my cup & add more but told cashier to charge me! I said no, u did that after I had said to leave it, so if u added it on ur own, why charge me?? I couldn't believe her next move! She was gonna reopen my cup again and REMOVE the extra! Lol I was like are you serious!?! So she began to instead start over & make a new one which I'm sure she was gonna be even more stingy on my toppings. I don't think ppl need to be handling containers too much or lids (especially with NO gloves!) So at this point I was done with her attitude & asked for a manager. Well turns out SHE is the manager...SMH! I asked to cancel that order & she hands me back a few bills. I realized it was the wrong amount also as I was getting in my car so I had to go back inside again for my correct change! Worst experience ever at a Yogoberry...but only because of her! I have no idea what changed, but I'm assuming they fired the girls that obviously didn't want to be there. I've tried this place several times after and the staff are so polite and kind, it's refreshing to see.
Original review: So apparently saying you close at 10pm, actually means you get to close your actual building early? A whole hour early! Must be nice! The people working the store looked so disappointed when we walked in, and told us that "we're closed except for the drive thru" meanwhile there are other people in the store, who the staff are practically rushing out. When we actually went through the drive thru, they got most of the orders right, but had no boba tea, no smoothie mix and no cheesecake pieces for an order. It doesn't cost much to just buy a sharpie and scratch something off a menu. The attitude on all the people in there was absolutely terrible. Edit: I completely forgot that when we ordered the smoothie (before we knew they were out) they CHARGED us and THEN told us they were out! They wouldn't have refunded it if we didn't remind them and they looked so absolutely lost that we needed our money back. The employees there didn't even know how to refund to a card and gave us cash on a credit card order??? The incompetence...

I see the girl in the drive thru making a smoothie with Chamoy and Tajin so I order the same thing the girl taking my order was clueless and asking the other young lady if she could add the toppings and they are whispering to each other she didn't even know how to make the smoothie she expected her coworker to do it for her. She gives me my smoothie and it doesn't have the add ons I proceed to tell her and she says "oh I forgot" meanwhile the other girl says they cant do add ons on smoothie so I ask what the other customer on the drive thru order and she tells me its only for orders for employees so I tell her I just saw her give it to someone and she responds "yes its for me" I pay for my add ons because they charged me for them after she could have just said that since the beginning instead of acting dumb and she was still whispering to her coworker when I am literally right there.HORRIBLE SERVICE.
