If I could give it zero stars I would! Ordered crispy tripas, they were flappy and soggy. The manager looks at me and says, “ they are very crispy.” Like if I’m blind or I’m crazy. They were as limp as spaghetti. My husband’s gorditas were so greasy, Gross! Then they act like it’s our fault. Told the manager to take some accountability and make things right. She couldn’t even do that! In the end I got my money back but only because I demanded it. Ugh what a waste of time. Go anywhere else!

Food is great! I really enjoy the flautas and the enchiladas (both the green and red are great)! The prices are outstanding. The service is great especially when the gentleman and the lady with long hair & glasses are serving/taking orders. They are super attentive. I've been coming here for years and they are still great, not cutting corners on their food quality.

Food is great! I really enjoy the flautas and the enchiladas (both the green and red are great)! The prices are outstanding. The service is great especially when the gentleman and the lady with long hair & glasses are serving/taking orders. They are super attentive. I've been coming here for years and they are still great, not cutting corners on their food quality.

After multiple recommendations we decided to go around 1140 a.m. Once we arrived we watched the front cashier be on her cellphone for a couple minutes walking in and out of the office. Once the cashier came out of the office by the entrance she took our order and continued her call at the same time. The food was good but it could of been a little bit warmer. We were going to order a plate to go but again the cashier was in the office so we had to let a waitress know. Once we were gonna take off we went to pay but again she was still on her phone, attending another patron and myself with the cellphone on her ear on both transactions.

Summary: Food Flautas were good(could be warmer) Hamburger wouldn't recommend

Service: Cashier(could put her cellphone down for a minute) Waitress(outstanding)

I just spent almost $20 on something not worth it!!!! I was craving gorditas and Google for them, found this place and read the reviews!!! I should've gone with the bad ones!!! Deshebrada gordita almost all in pieces....tripa gordita, just like 6-8 pieces, all masa in there!!!! Picadillo gordita traste like can food!!! Flautas OMG the ones I buy frozen are way better than this ones!!! And I ordered two orders!!! Incredibly disappointed!!!! Not even my kids liked the flautas!!! And they love flautas!!!

Yikes, now what to do with this tasteless food....too bad it'll have to go to the trash!!!

These past two time I've ordered over the phone my order is wrong.. Today we order 3 plates and fries flautas a la bander what they are called but the tomato sauce was not tomato it was all Chile de arbol. Last time I called had to be placed on hold due to lady answering phone didn't speak English 🇺🇸..waited for her too find some one who did speak English 🇺🇸. Sevice at the horizon location is horrible. The one in Central is even worse. At least at thz one they smile at ur central it seems like ur a bother to them. Good thing that now we have a cometa in horizon too. So think I'll b going there...
