D & J Vapors — Local services in Horse Cave

Juice is great and cheap, but unfortunately, I live 2 hours away, so I order my juice over the phone (ordering online takes nearly 2 weeks to get your juice, over the phone is quicker.) Only reason why I'm giving them only a 2 star rating (I'd give 2 1/2 if I could, but only for the amazing prices on their juice) is because I just experienced terrible customer service, that was bad enough that I won't order from them again. I had called at 9am on Friday and ordered my juice like I always do (it was a guy this time, not the older lady like it was all the times before), money was quickly taken out of the bank like usual, but on Saturday morning, I never received it in the mail (when I usually do), so I figured they just sent it out late. Didn't get it on Monday either, so I called and a boy answered and told me to call back the next day when the older lady was there, so I didn't receive my juice today either and called back and the lady became defensive and hostile, trying to make me feel like I was lying. She called the postmaster and they told her it was delivered at almost 10 on Saturday, and my husband was outside when the mail lady came up, so we know no one came up and took it. The lady got so hostile and basically accusing me of lying that I told her I wasted money and hung up. She didn't bother giving me the package's tracking number so I could track it, or the number she used to get ahold of the postmaster, since all other numbers I've tried are either all computer controlled or just keeps ringing and no one ever answers the phone, and won't refund my money. I can't go down to the post office because of things going on right now, so this is an overall very frustrating situation. I will never buy juice from there again unless I'm actually in Horse Cave, which is very rare that I go down there due to it being...

This place, this place is simply amazing. The woman who I spoke with was extremely personable and easy to get along with, and while the service was a tad slow, it is completely understandable considering every ounce of the vape juice is mixed on site. They had an entire book of over 60 different flavors they could mix for you and they'll even combine some flavors if you want it! There were two different types of nicotine you could get which confused me a tad, but regardless I literally couldn't recommend this place more. My boyfriend gets his liquid here for about 2 months now. One of the $15 bottles wasn't even sealed correctly when he got it, and the top popped off and liquid spilled out.. He went to the D&J vapors in horse cave and the guy he spoke with was just rude saying he cant hustle a hustler and don't do it again?? Just to fill it up to where the liquid was before the spill. Not to fill it completely up. My boyfriend had another big bottle so its not like he was trying to rip them off by a tiny bit of replacement liquid. Needless to say were never going to D&J vapors again due to bad attitudes. I highly recommend going to vapor lab or some other place. Save your time....
