Ya know, I never wanted to do this to this place. Dodgie and Jerry have been good to me, my father and my coworker for years. But the work the place produces is getting bad. I had a coworker get a tire changed here. The next day, his tire came OFF his car. I had my girlfriend’s tires changed here. A $400 job. They didn’t change the valve stems, which if you know anything, is standard procedure in a tire change. They claim they don’t change stems that have sensors unless you ask them to. I WAS IN THE WAITING ROOM! They seen the stems were cracked and dry rotted. If I was a random person, maybe I’d cut them some slack. But I’ve been getting my tires changed there since they opened. They know me, personally. “What’s goin on Calvin” every time I walk through the door. So why didn’t they come ask me? Jerry told me the mechanics seen my valve stems were dry rotted and cracked. So they seen it. The manager admitted it. The first tire that went flat after we put the tires on, we put a donut on, nbd. It was a weekend, so no one was open until Monday. The second tire that went flat, the very next day, cost me a $330 tow bill. I called and they changed the two valve stems. Not all of them. The two that went flat. They were all dry rotted. They also didn’t balance the tires when they got done. My girlfriend noticed a shake in one of the tires that wasn’t there before. An older mechanic test drove it, and blamed it on her transmission. We took it to someone else the next day who said whoever did your tire change didn’t balance your tires. All in, I’m $750 into 4 tires that aren’t balanced, and have bad valve stems and ZERO compensation from a company me and my father have handed tens of thousands of dollars too. The mechanics have little to no experience, and they just don’t care about your vehicle. They just wanna get you pulled out of the bay, so they can go smoke cigarettes. Me nor most of my coworkers will be back. You guys have destroyed business from people who work next door to you. I’m just the only one willing to get on here and...
Read moreI never leave reviews on places but I just had to for these amazing folks. I was on my way home from a long trip when right on i65 I blew a trailer tire. I limped it up the ramp and got to the gas station. After talking to many places that popped up on Google these guys right here at tri County were the first who showed any interest in helping me.I was able to make down the road to their shop where everyone so kindly greeted me. Not to mention they also they got me in minutes before they closed, getting me a brand new trailer tire installed at one heck of a deal. For such a very inconvenient thing to happen during a very time crunch occasion Tri County Auto and Oil were my heros for the day. Definately call these guys or go by there for your auto and tire needs, the customer service is everything and more....
Read moreA month ago I hit something on the road. Got the donut on and started looking for a tire place in the area. First place I stopped at couldn't help me - my tires were too small. They recommended this place. My donut was really worn out when I got there. My car was stuffed because I was roadtripping and the driver's seat wouldn't fit a person bigger than me. But they took me in, found me a tire that would work, then found a donut to replace my donut. I felt like every time they came out of the back, they came with good news. The price for the fix plus the new tire was great and I was able to get back on the road in under an hour. Didn't feel once like they were trying to shake down a young blonde girl on her own. Thanks for...
