This is our third time checking out this store and my 5 year old son is obsessed with coming here. He saves his money that he earns doing chores and loves to sit and pick out a few dollars worth of Pokemon cards. The owner is such a nice guy and so sweet with my son. Thank you again for being so kind to him! He is very excited about his new cards and putting them in his special shiny binder as I type this!! ( We bought a nice card set for him from here for Christmas but he doesn’t know it yet!)

Big pulls coming out of this place! The owners are sweet and helpful. The prices are accurate and fair, but the pulls are amazing! Thank you! Grateful my sister told me to go!

I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I’ve visited this store numerous times, and they do have a great sports selection, a little pricy but Every LCS is, and I am greatful for the few that still exist nowadays. I’ve been collecting for 30 years, and travel hours to attend card shows (just to give you an idea of my knowledge in sports collecting). There is a few things about the store that really irks me as a collector. The guy and lady who run the store see me standing there at the counter staring at packs for 10-15 min (literally) watching kids opening packs of PokĆ©mon before they actually assist me if I need help. Now I spend on average 150-250 plus on packs of baseball cards, and accessories, and it takes me an hour to drive to this place. I want to be in and out as quick as possible. Next...the biggest issue of all is every time I buy, and about to leave the store, the lady says ā€œyou know you have to open some packs so we can see what you got, right?ā€ Ummm no I don’t! I tell her I buy them for me and my kids to open after dinner. She will NOT take no for an answer. She really makes you feel uncomfortable. The reason she does that is to see if the hit or auto comes out of the box, hot box etc.. I’ve been doing this for a VERY long time! Theres no difference from that and the guy at Walmart pack searching. It’s one thing to politely ask if I’d be okay to open a few packs, but to insist a customer to do so is not okay, and only drives your customers away. Needless to say I...

Went today for the first time, was really looking forward to it, I'm a big Flyers fan. Stopped by before noon, the sign said they weren't open til 3 on Wednesdays, so I wait and go back this afternoon. Not only was the place cluttered with boxes of unpacked merchandise, but the person on duty, not sure who it was, barely acknowledged me and, when I left after only a few minutes due to the lack of unpacked merchandise, she basically exited the store after me and approached my car, treating me as if she thought I had stolen something. Her excuse was " I left quickly" I said, "Well, everything's still in boxes, what am I supposed to look at?" There was literally not one thing that interested me actually on display, very disappointing, let alone being treated like a crook! I offered to let her check me and or my car, which she refused. Whether she had or not, I'll never go back!!! I'll go to Knuckleball Sports Cards in Horsham from now on! In addition, not sure about all these wonderful reviews regarding wonderful customer service- she said hello when I walked in but then basically paid no attention to me. If I caught her on a bad day, that's a shame, it was enough for me to take my...

Scalpers with a storefront. First and last visit today.

Edit: Let me be clear. I have zero issue with you selling vintage items at market value. What i take issue with is with what i determine can only be one of 2 scenarios. 1. You are buying currently available items at retail price either in person, or online and then turning around and selling said items for 2-3x the retail price you just paid. ie: scalper with a storefront. Or 2. You welcome the neckbeards coming into your store, after just pushing aside kids and actual collectors down at target, and paying them over retail price for those items. You then turn around and mark the items up even higher and claim its an honest practice. In this scenario you are incentivizing the scalpers and feeding into the current market conditions. The only way the market returns to normal is if everyone stops buying from scalpers, and im sure much to your dismay, this includes you most of all. I welcome you explaining to all of us the 3rd scenario which i failed to think of in which you are completely innocent and heck, maybe you are the hero we all wish you were. Please...
