Franks Pizza — Restaurant in Warminster Township

This place is UNSANITARY & HORRIBLE! I'm reporting them to the health dept! They messed up my food 3x in a row! Where do I begin....

First there was a long blonde hair intertwined in my cheese pizza. I called them to report it & they offered a second pizza. No, please just use hair nets. I wasn't angry because shxt happens.

The 2nd time I ordered and PAID for a chicken steak online and an employee called to confirm the order (I guess the store was new to online ordering). When it arrived, the delivery guy insisted that I hadn't paid and refused to give me my steak. He called Frank's, they told him I paid & ALAS, I got my steak. I unwrap it & its a beef steak, not chicken, with no condiments. It bothered me bcuz the order was confirmed to be a chicken steak & there was an actual detailed print out of what I ordered ALONG with the paid receipt. How do you still mess that up???

Third, which was tonight, I ordered a veggie stromboli. It arrived in a bag. Not a box, not foil, but unwrapped inside of a paper bag. How UNSANITARY!!! The sauce started dripping making the bag tear. Needless to say, I returned it to the store where I was told with a smile that "they usually come that way." REALLY??! I have no more words because my anger is still lingering for the staff. I really wish I took pictures because I'm reporting them to the health dept. If they're that comfortably careless, there has to be more violations.

This is the 3rd time I've tried it here. Can't say it's anything like I've been told. Maybe I need to try some of their more entree's or special pizzas. Because the food I was eat so far is not high quality. The recent garlic white pizza wasn't anything to write home about. I asked for more which cost me $2.50 extra so in total $22-23 for a large pie. That definitely was large. So large the crust was bent inside the box. While I'm talking about the crust, the flavor was okay but a tad harsh and certainly crunchy. If that's what kinda of pizza you like then this is the place for you.

I normally order wings as an extra, especially on a football game day. We did here. Tried the BBQ and mild. Which was food. It wasn't a great experience but it filled you up. But I kinda want a little bit of extra when I order from a restaurant. I guess I kinda look for the new or unique experience. But this place is just an everyday Italian pizza restaurant. At least it was for me. I'm not knocking it, they are just average. I asked for extra plates and napkins and got nothing. So I guess they don't have that for their customers here. I'll shop elsewhere if...

It’s pretty hit or miss with the pizza. Sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s… well I mean it’s pizza so it ain’t that bad. Wings are a bit expensive but that’s the norm with most places now. The wings aren’t great compared to other places in the area. Honestly I pop them in the air fryer as soon as I get home to crisp them up and that makes them a lot better. Always best to go in and pick it up as we’ve had our orders get mixed up a few times with delivery. Once we were forced to pay twice even though we told the driver we paid on card over the phone. So we gave him cash and they refunded our card after talking with them on the phone. I will say one thing that makes me chuckle is they give you a number when you order and they really expect you to remember that number. They will tell you multiple times what your order number is. They make you feel a bit dumb if you don’t remember the number but it’s not a big deal once you explain your order. I don’t get why they don’t just take names like every other place ever, but that’s whatever. Overall there are better places to go to...
