Country Club Village Retirement Community — Local services in Hot Springs

I just read Vicky Shuffield’s review of CCV, so I thought I might add my two cents worth. 😊 I moved here about 15 months ago from Russellville, AR. It was because of Vicky, that I chose CCV over The Atrium. At that time, I wasn’t able to drive to HS to tour any retirement community. After several fun phone calls with Vicky, she was beginning to win me over. She knew I couldn’t drive down here yet, so she gave me personal tours via FaceTime! She made them so much fun, it was an easy decision! I moved here last June. I love my two bedroom cottage. It’s just the right size. It’s very quiet here, so sleeping is a plus. The food is great - and the staff is fantastic. They are all so helpful and are willing to assist in anyway they can. The maintenance crew is awesome. The staff here have become friends, just not employees of CCV. I’d recommend CCV to anyone looking for a great retirement community. It’s definitely a five...

My family and I couldn’t be more pleased with our mother’s stay at Country Club Village. She was very happy living there. She quickly made friends, and engaged in multiple social events. She was treated with the utmost respect and love by all of the staff. Vicky, Tiffanie, Starr, Kenny, Carl, and others go above and beyond their job duties in serving the community. I had heard high praise for Country Club Village from various residents and family of residents prior to my mother moving there, but they exceeded our expectations! When my mother was in the hospital, they sent her flowers and well wishes. They were genuinely concerned about her. When she passed, they went out of their way to help us with everything from providing a room for a Celebration of Life service to accommodating us with various aspects of an estate sale. My mother has been a resident at the Country Club Village retirement community a little over a month. Honestly, we waited a month to provide feedback to share a fair assessment of negatives and positives. However, we have yet to find a negative about Country Club Village. The food has been outstanding, and plenty of it, the housekeeping service has been wonderful and cleans to mom’s expectations, and the support staff has been awesome! The entire staff communicates well, and is always willing to assist the resident. From the maintenance mechanics crew to the concierge they have all been very supportive in assisting mom in her transition.
