Absolutely Exceptional Experience – Personalized, Professional, and Truly Healing

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting this massage studio yesterday, and we both walked away feeling relaxed, restored, and genuinely cared for. From the moment I called to make the appointment, I could tell this place was something special. Jennifer, the owner, spent real time with me on the phone, asking thoughtful questions and listening closely to the issues we each wanted help with. I told her about a shoulder injury I’ve had since a motorcycle accident, and she was so attentive and kind. I also mentioned my husband’s plantar fasciitis, and she immediately recommended a specific therapist, Sharifah, making sure she’d be available for our appointment. That level of care and preparation was already above and beyond.

We arrived a little early and waited in the car until they were ready. Sharifah greeted us on the porch and walked us in. As soon as we stepped inside, we were greeted with the most beautiful, calming scent of lotions and oils—it was clean, fresh, and so inviting that I actually commented on it out loud. It made a wonderful first impression.

Our massage therapists, Sharifah and Levy, introduced themselves warmly and explained which tables they’d be at, giving us the space and time to decide who we’d each be more comfortable with. Since Jennifer had spoken so highly of Sharifah’s work with plantar fasciitis, my husband went with her, and I went with Levy.

Both therapists were absolutely outstanding. Levy worked reflexology seamlessly into my massage, alternating between my feet and body in a rhythm that was incredibly relaxing once I let myself settle in. He clearly paid attention to the details Jennifer and I had discussed, and the massage felt customized in the best possible way.

Meanwhile, my husband received a full-body massage from Sharifah followed by an incredibly thorough 50-minute session focused entirely on his feet. He later told me it was one of the most effective and intentional treatments he’s ever had for his foot pain.

What stood out most to both of us was how well the therapists tailored the experience to our individual needs. They didn’t just follow a routine—they adapted, listened, and anticipated what would feel best and be most therapeutic. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and intuition.

We left feeling better in every way—body, mind, and spirit. If you’re looking for massage therapists who combine deep skill with genuine care and professionalism, look no further. We can’t wait...

My husband and I decided to use Living Wellness Day Spa as our 1st time ever massages. And of course, now after our wonderful experience we are asking ourselves why did we wait so long? Having read the previous reviews, I selected Living Wellness because it sounded like it would be more personal and private than some of the bath house row facilities. And yes, it is in a residential neighborhood, but the set up is very professional, relaxing and personable.

Ms. Jennifer (owner) was prompt to respond to my email regarding setting up the appointment and gave a good introduction as to what to expect.

Our massage therapists Nicole and Christian, quickly put us both at ease, gave very clear explanations, and checked on our well-being throughout our treatments.

Living Wellness incorporates all the senses for your experience -visually, the beautiful decor and soft lighting; sound - soft, soothing music in the background, but not over bearing; the soft sound of trickling water from the fountain; smell - aromatherapy is incorporated throughout the visit but they are careful to ensure the aromas used are appealing to you and not overpowering; and of course touch.

Throughout our Couples package experience, these ladies checked on us to make sure we were receiving the specific, individualized treatment we needed. They were professional, thorough and courteous. Thank you very much ladies!

Update: please do NOT get massages from here... I had a full body massage package and my masseuse pinched a nerve in my neck and I’ve had to go to to the chiropractor 4 times in 2 weeks, can’t sleep on my left side, and it’s made my whole left arm numb.... Maybe, just maybe, she shouldn’t have used her elbow on my neck. But I’m no masseuse 🙄

WARNING!! This spa is inside of a HOME!

Can you say “creepy AF”?! This is a spa inside of a home... and not a home that someone has turned into a professional business but a HOME. the husband of the owner was literally washing dishes and doing work at the kitchen table while guests were seated in the living room, and there’s Tons of family photos all around. The main masseuse was very creepy and kept sighing and saying “okaaaayy” the entire time she was giving me a massage. There’s only 3 masseuse so we had to wait 2 hours for our round since we had a group of 5 scheduled.

Very unprofessional place of business though and lack of masseuses for a large party. Don’t come here unless you want to be surrounded by someone’s family photos everywhere, their dirty laundry in the hallway and wait 2 hours...
